I really liked this place. The bed was super comfy. It was a little far from downtown Sejong, but not too far, and it was close to Jochiwon station, making it easy to get to. I will say, when you get your room key, you are supposed to go to the right and not the left like the English instructions say. If you are facing the main area, it is your right. If you were facing away from the place, it would be to the left. I would stay here again.

The accommodation was clean and pleasant. However, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and it was a shame that the surroundings felt a bit like an entertainment district. It seems like an accommodation specifically designed for solo long-term stays.

The entrance is a single wooden door, making it vulnerable to outside noise, and since the TV does not work, you cannot watch broadcast channels.

I used it for two consecutive weeks for a seminar in Sejong, and it was quiet, clean, and nice.
Perhaps because it was renovated from an old bathhouse, the water pressure is strong.

They said there was no wireless internet, but
Internet was installed in the room.
It would be nice if they explained it kindly.
There are no toiletries.
The heating system doesn't seem very warm.
It seems like there is no one guarding the room at night.
Other than that, there were no major issues for a single person.

Cleanliness: 100%! I've never seen such a clean and soft house in Korea.
The shower was incredibly comfortable.
Parking was super convenient.
(No ventilation, windows can't be opened.) The central air conditioning was actually quite good.
The comforter and pillow fillings were of rather poor quality.
(There's a difference compared to four- or five-star hotels.)
In summary: The best in the village, no need to look for another place.
