2nd time staying here for my working trip in JB. Room was clean and beside KIP mall Tampoi

The hotel location is decent. However don’t feel very clean. Toilet was not cleaned when I checked in

Parking is a challenge to get. You need to deposit RM 50 which is refundable after they check your room upon checkout. So, make sure you allocate a few minutes for this activity during check out time.

Excellent customer service from the receptionists and staff! I stayed in three different rooms, and find the non-window room is more peaceful. Overall, this place is reasonably good.

Hotel very good and nearby with Indian restaurant,easy to get indian food.( like small little india) all in walking distance..

The place is abit noisy maybe the wall is thin but the front desk was helpful.

The hotel room had an odor and was quite noisy. Since there were no other rooms available, I ended up booking this one. However, it was convenient because there are many restaurants nearby.

The staff’s attitude toward customers was not good. Also, even when I requested room cleaning, the room was not cleaned. In addition, the room and facilities are old and not very hygienic, and there were often insects in the room. I never want to stay here again.

We were charged for a tourism tax despite the declaration that we have made payment online. We were not given a receipt for it. No issues on tourism tax with other hotels.

They location was convenient for us. Many food places around us. The reception guy initially wanted to charge RM20 for the towel that we used- and it contains makeup up and eye liner stain, which is a genaral. Doesn’t make sense and it’s the first time I’m facing this. If a towel should return in a clean way and what’s the purpose of keeping towel in hotel.

Hotel and room are OK. The parking lots and surrounding areas immediately outside of the hotel are very dirty. Not the hotel's issue but it's part of your experience when you get in and out of the hotel.

Opposite KIP mall. Near Paradigm mall. Many Indian foods are available in that area.
