The room is small with no windows but is not cramp. Floor is sticky and bed sheets are not clean. But is good location as Family Mart is just next door and Fam Cafe with good food also right beside.

Pretty decent for a budget stay and it is a short ride from the mall!

I wasn’t having much expectation given the price. Turned out worse than I could imagined. I was given a room without window and it was filled wth cigarette smell, i requested to change but because I reached the hotel past 10pm and the reception said they can only help the next day. I couldn’t breathe the whole night and it affected my sleep. Another thing which is rather unacceptable is the shower system… the water heater is an instant heater and the connector of the heater to the shower head is so rusty! Quite worried about the safety ..

The place is near to many nice eateries. There is a convenience store next to it. Near Sutera mall.

Stayed for 2 nights, overall was ok. However towels were not clean and had stains on them. Bathtub were not super clean and hot water was not enough, basically filled up the tub with hot water but once it's full, it's room temperature. Location was okay as there's a family mart right beside and a very nice cafe.

I feel uncomfortable when the staff puts new towels in the room while the guest is out doing business. I have noticed this for three days. They enter the room without permission. I think the staff should not invade privacy.

Overall is ok. Convenient place for food hunting & entertainment.

Location is great and there was a family mart just beside hotel but room aircon was spoilt . we were there to just sleep for a few hours and were too tired at 12;30am to change room . place is cost effective just for stop over . door lock was also not working too well and we had to put the chair behind the door . spacious for a family of 4 .

Back here again 👍🏼 And I think they renovated the rooms with new toilet doors and platform beds

The room is not yet ready even though I reached at the hotel after 3pm. Waiting for another 30-45mins for room arrangement.

Location not bad.

Lift broken can't use so No lift no wifi no shampoo....

We like the location where there are alot of eateries, minimart and a mall within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We arrive an hour before check in time and the staff help to do registration so we do not have to wait. The room is consider clean. But the facilities is really poor. Though I saw someone said they have done the reno recently. I think they yet did anything. The furniture are slightly chipped. The tap is not fixed probably though it is still in working condition. The worse part is the lift is still not fixed. Climbing up the stairs is a torture with all our shopping.
