Place is very convenient and accessible. Will recommend!!

Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.  Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.  BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.  Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

Stayed for two nights in upgraded King Executive Room. As we want to keep our belongings safe, we didn't ask for any room services and also rejected room cleaning. We know it's a 3 star hotel, but didn't expect zero services. Guests looking for a place to stay, BEWARE - you have to be self sufficient to stay in this hotel. On the day of checking out, we asked for a single toilet roll and was rejected many times - and I quote "Today you are checking out, we are not going to provide you any more services." We tried to reason and say we didn't ask services and had no replenishment of toilet roll (only 1 in room) since day 1. Receptionist just outright rejected us. What a joke of a hotel. All we asked for is a roll of toilet paper as we need to use the toilet before we check out. Note to Mood Hotel Management: Your receptionist was playing game/watching video and ignored us calling for her. Only after the 3rd call, she looked up with an annoyed face. You might want to check if she is suitable for this job. Also, when I asked for my luggage to be kept in the hotel for safekeeping, the receptionist pointed impatiently at the corner, "just put there will do". Not moving an inch, eyes still looking at her phone and can't wait to end the conversation. Nothing was done to the luggage to be safe kept, it was left there for hours, anyone could have taken it.

Will not stay back again, poor room maintenance, mould in the shower room and did not sleep well whole night due to banging of doors

Smalll clean hotel inside sutra area . Parking at the front of the hotel room is good size and clean

Room is small & abit smelly. Heater shower not functioning at all. Soundproof normal , can hear noise from outside occasionally. With the price of RM180-RM200 this considering overpriced . Toilet door is clear glass 🤣

Toilet very clean

Strategically located in the heart of Sutera mall district. Wide choice of food to choose from the restaurants in the area. Room issued was as requested away from the lift, spacious and in quiet setting. A Security officer is posted at the front of the Hotel in the evening providing us a peace of mind. A great vacation experience thank to Trip.com.

Nice hotel which best locations to have your delicious food around

This street has become much quieter compared to my previous visit while staying at this hotel. However, there’s an Indian disco further down the street, and you can hear faint music at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be a concern. For me, it’s still manageable. Overall, it remains a good choice for my stay.

Quite n cosy, comfortable, fun shopping and diner, nearby areas

Quiet location in a part of town that’s 5mins drive from Paradigm Mall (without traffic). Otherwise a pretty self sufficient area with good food, services, bars, and a neighbourhood mall all within walking distance. Good for some peace and quiet away from the city.

the soundproofing not really good, volume of the maintenance work at corridor quite loud. TV no sound.

Hotel is clean, location is convenient, staff is so nice.
