Great stay and staff was very helpful and polite. When I was having difficulty finding my reservation the way at the front desk was extremely persistent in helping me get checked in.

I absolutely love staying at La Quinta!! Everything is remodeled. It was a very peaceful atmosphere. Make sure you have cash on hand to leave a deposit, you will receive it when checking out.

Elevator was not working...pool not available, trash everyone outside - dumpster overflowing. Housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times in the morning before check out to see if I was gone to clean my room - it was horrible. Pet friendly which is fine but the guests were horrible with their pets and people were running up and down the hall. the walls are paper thin. Gross. Never ever again.

I generally have good experiences with this hotel chain, however, this trip was the exception. My mattress was too small for the frame and I hit my knee on the metal mattress holder. The room was also cold and couldn’t get heat to work properly. It would also be nice if this hotel would convert to keuregs in the rooms for your customers.

I booked a room while on the road. Discovered that this location was too far from us. I called right away to cancel but no one would speak on the phone. They kept putting me on hold. When i finally got someone they would not cancel my reservation and charged me for the night. I am disputing the charge now. Very bad management.

Upon arrival I was notified that there was a $200 charge if you live within one hour distance and so since my address was within the distance, I had to pay the fee but I just chose not to pay the fee. I lost my $76 because it was too much of a hassle and it wasn’t reflected on ******* .

This is our second time and this place is going downhill fast. Ceiling leaks, hall and corridors are pretty dirty and forget about a decent breakfast.
