Everything was very good, but the breakfast was too simple. Given the price, other hotels offer a better selection or a tastier breakfast.
The location needless to say is very convenient. Great view to the sea. If you have a car, you need to find parking. Limited parking.

Hotel bear to jetty terminal, abt 2 mins walking distance but a bit far from seafood restaurant, abt 15 mins walking distance. Simple breakfast.

Hotel is new with new amenities likes
But the water pressure for shower is very very low even on the second level.. Very basic local breakfast.

The room is large and clean. The location is very close to the Longmen Inn boat and water house pier. It is about a 10-minute walk from the lively seafood restaurant. The small disadvantage is that it is quite loud because it is close to the airport, but it does not affect the normal sleeping time. Also The lights in the room cannot be turned off completely, but it is still acceptable in a larger room. The water pressure in the shower is low and there is hot water but not very hot.

Came to Semporna to avoid corruption. Found blood on the hotel pillow at 4am. The hotel admitted that they didn't clean it properly. But when I checked out, they denied it and said it was my own.
