Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Easy to parking a car too.

For stay sekejap okay, cuma hotel agak nampak terlalu lama and tak terjaga.
Kawasan dekat dengan pekan semporna.
Bila malam agak sunyi di hotel. Depan hotel agak gelap.
Ruangan untuk gosok baju perlu kena keluar bilik dan agak sunyi.

This is my first experience stay here. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Hotel cleanliness can be improve. Parking space is quite big.

Hygiene: The bed smells bad and musty, making it uncomfortable
Facilities: Towels, bath towels, etc. are very old, the bathroom smells damp and musty, and the corridor also smells very bad
Service: Fair, because I need to board the plane the next day and need an itinerary and air tickets. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful.
Environment: It’s a bit far away from Semporna Pier, so you need to take a taxi to get there.

The equipment is old, the environment is poor, and it's remote. I wouldn't live here if I had no choice. There are too many people during the holidays and all the accommodation in the town is full.
