Amazing stay at Chan Living! Very clean and very friendly staff, thanks to the owner Liang for helping me book my tours and for the amazing hospitality. Loved the pool and gardens and very easy to get into town with their free shuttle bus and also grab. Better to stay here than in Semporna near the jetty, much cleaner and peaceful. Loved my stay cannot fault this place!! Thanks again!

The owner is incredibly kind; they've adopted two adorable geese and tortoises, planning to care for them until the end of their lives without harming them – truly a compassionate soul! The environment is very quiet, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is also plentiful, offering vegetables, fruits, fried noodles, stir-fried vermicelli, toast, coffee, and milk tea – excellent value for money. Although it's a bit far from the town center, the town center is noisy, whereas here it's peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay. Next time I visit, I will definitely choose this place again.

It was perfect, 2 pools, great vibe, very helpful owner. Highly recommended, especially if you don't want to stay in a city center (which is not that nice)

The service here is great! They offer a shuttle to the seafood market, and you can bring your purchases back to be cooked. The cooking fee is cheaper than outside – 5 dishes for only 50 MYR, and the taste is excellent.

The price was decent, and the environment was alright. It's about a twenty-minute drive from the pier. They offer one free shuttle service from the hotel to the pier, which is nice. However, the soundproofing isn't great; when someone walked outside, my bed actually shook. Also, if you go to breakfast a bit late, there's nothing left.

Stayed for a night during transit. The environment was decent, and they offer a shuttle to Semporna Jetty. The bed setup (one large, one small) was quite comfortable for sleeping. There's no dinner service, so you have to eat in town. Getting a Grab back to the hotel from town might cost extra. The bathroom was quite basic, and there was no separation between wet and dry areas.

The room was spacious and clean, and the owner was really nice! The bedding was very comfortable, and they offer a shuttle service to Semporna Jetty. I'll definitely be back! Wishing you great success!

Strategic location and peaceful environment. The room is very clean. My kid love playing in the swimming pool.

The service at this property is unmatched. The receptionist welcomed us with a big smile and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had a good stay. Liang the owner was there for us to help us with some issues that came up outside of the hotel, and was always checking on us to make sure we had all the info. He helped us book our tours and helped with recommendations for food and places to see. The property is well taken care of and the rooms are comfortable, it’s like an oasis in the middle of Semporna. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends. Thanks Chan Living!!

This place is great! After a lot of searching, I found this clean accommodation in Semporna; I was genuinely scared by some of the online reviews. It even has a small courtyard, giving it a charming, rustic vibe, plus a swimming pool that the kids absolutely loved.

We stayed in new rooms at the back of the resort which were very nice and practically new. There real downside of the new rooms is that the new pool in that area has no filtered water entering so the water is stagnant and a green colour - to be avoided. The water in the older pool at the front of the complex looked fine although there was no filter that was apparent to our eyes. The complex is slightly out of town but that was a positive in our view as Semporna Italy was not very appealing. A major plus was the on-site laundry which guests can use. The resort is slightly outof town but that was a positive in our view as downtown is not particularly attractive.

The decor is very basic, and the artificial turf smells a bit off. Breakfast is simple. The shuttle can take you to the pier, but there's no return trip. The Wi-Fi signal is unstable.

The room was clean, spacious, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering transfers to and from the pier. They also helped cook the seafood we bought, and it was absolutely delicious!

The hotel environment is excellent, with a private pool where the water is very clean and clear. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, and you can tell the owner puts a lot of thought and effort into the place. The bungalows also provide a convenient shuttle to the pier.
