Semporna is not a clean and organised as I thought

I don't recommend you stay in this hotel; the breakfast we have is fish bones, a few slices of bread, an empty peanut jar, and a little fried noodles. When taking a shower, the water heater suddenly turns cold.

Good location , hyper-mart, 7-11, guardian and Watson nearby .. is a very clean and unique hotel.

Pros- Location is near the jetty. supermarkets, watsons are nearby walking distance. As you walked through the main entrance its like a different world. Love the main lobby area where there's arcade games, pool table, a movie area with bean bags. Breakfast spread is simple but good enough. Rooms deco as shown in photos. Cons - Hot shower was inconsistent. Need to wait for a while till its warm. And its not very hot. Room not very clean. Soundproofing not that great. If you're a light sleeper maybe not a good option.

It is convenient to go island hopping and sea hopping. There is a famous juice shop next to the downstairs. The seafood pier is also nearby. The hotel breakfast is really bad. There is nothing to eat. We basically eat out. The price of Semporna is really not low, and the hotel is not cost-effective

There is a free drink buffet on the first floor, a small audio-visual hall, simple meals, and lunch service staff at the front desk. The door is very camouflaged to isolate the noise. There are also police officers who come to play billiards and chat in the evening. It feels safe in the lobby. There are many Chinese people in the hotel. The room has a balcony that is very noisy when opened. The outdoor unit is basically never turned on. The location is easy to find. It is very close to the dusk vegetable market. There are also large supermarkets and Watsons nearby. There are fruit stalls and beverage shops at the door. There are some begging Bajau children.

The service is very good, and travel is convenient. It is considered a good hotel in the local area. It cannot be compared with domestic hotels. Overall, it is not bad. It is considered a good stay.

I went to Semporna before the Chinese New Year. The room price was twice as expensive, but the two-bedroom and one-living room suite was OK. Environment: I can't ask for anything. The town is convenient, adjacent to the seafood market, the temperature is 26-28℃, the balcony is basically a decoration, and the smell of seafood + durian + some garbage is mixed. It is really convenient. If the flight arrives late and you stay in the town for one night, it is still moderately recommended. Sanitation: The guide says that many sanitations in the town are not up to standard, but neo play is still OK, at least there is no 🐛, the bed sheets and quilts are clean, the bathroom shower room is also clean, and the plug does not need to be converted. Breakfast: It is perfunctory, but there are snorkeling projects, so you can't eat too much. Eggs, porridge, juice, coffee, toast, sausages, and fruits (small bananas) are basically enough. Tip: There is basically no portable small can of pure milk in Malaysia.

Very good, stayed for a few nights

Very good, very friendly to the Chinese people, the charging equipment is also designed according to China, which is great. The boss and the waiter are very enthusiastic. Thumbs up. 👍👍

The location is very convenient. I ate black thorn a few times near the hotel. The price range is 70 to 85 per kilogram. Don't have too high expectations.

Maybe the conditions in Semporna are just like this. We arrived late that day and could only stay one night in the town. Overall, it was really average and the price was not cheap. It was more expensive than staying in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu. It turned out to be the worst. First of all, the service staff was very nice and the Malays at the front desk could speak Chinese. Other aspects are hard to describe. There was a smell of cheap perfume in the hotel and a particularly strong smell of feet in the room. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked. We found a maintenance person and he said it could not be repaired and would have to be repaired the next day. Then there was a main road outside the balcony. Roosters started crowing at four or five in the morning, and then there were all kinds of noisy noises. I opened the curtains and saw that there was actually a morning market with stalls set up along the street below.
