It was a good stay..I arrived early and the receptionist checked that i can check in..its near the restaurant, jetty to the island..definitely will be coming back

The location of the hotel is very good, near the jetty for island hopping. And it is very near to all the restaurants in a shopping complex. The rooms need refurbishment but generally comfortable to stay after your day activities.

Good for stay. Will stay agian for my next visit to Semporna.

The location of the hotel is good. It is right next to the pier. It is very convenient to go out to sea or eat in town. Avoid it! Please don't stay in this hotel! I lost thousands of dollars to avoid staying in this hotel! 1. The hotel environment is so dirty that it's outrageous. The hotel door and the carpet in the elevator room are as shown in the picture. When you walk into the lobby (it's actually a reception desk, and there's no one there in the middle of the night). There's a musty smell. It's even worse when you enter the room. There's dust and stains everywhere. Just swipe the cabinet with your finger and you'll get a hand full of dust. 2. The facilities are old and the floor is full of dust. The various wooden facilities are very old and emit a rotten smell. The floor is dirty and there are still straw packaging left from the previous guest (I suspect they not only don't wipe the table, but also never mop the floor). 3. There are unknown stains on the sheets and the toilet lid. There are many unknown stains on the sheets. It's thin and transparent. Through the sheets, you can see that the mattress underneath is also very dirty, but I didn't dare to lift it up to see. So I didn't dare to cover myself with a quilt all night and wore long clothes and long pants. I barely survived the night sleeping on the bed. 4. The pillows are smelly The pillows are smelly, so I don't dare to use them. I took apart the pillow core and saw that it was all dirty. The pillowcase was also smelly, as if it was left with someone's sweat and rotten smell, which was disgusting. 5. The towels are black, and there are no disposable slippers Although there are disposable soaps and toothbrushes, there are no slippers. If you come here without plastic slippers, you have to buy them now. The towels are also full of an inexplicable smell and look black. 6. The service can be said to be completely non-existent, and they keep ripping me off The wifi was broken during the three days I stayed there, and they didn't repair it. There was no one at the front desk in the middle of the night, and they didn't do anything when I complained that the room was too dirty. I asked to cancel the hotel order, and I originally contacted Ctrip to communicate, but they didn't agree. I asked to change the room in the middle of the night, and they guided me to another hotel, but they asked me to pay 800 Malaysian ringgit for the so-called upgrade (in fact, even on the official website of this hotel, the price is only more than 700)

At nearly 6 o'clock, we went to the front desk to ask for a change of room. The boy at the front desk said that they would repair it first. The repairman was notified by phone and was on the way. We waited for about 30 minutes and couldn't wait any longer. We went to the front desk again. The front desk said that they would communicate with the leader and then agreed to change us to the house opposite. We endured 3 hours in the noisy house. Changing rooms is also very troublesome. I hope it will be improved. There are many Chinese people in the hotel. It is not convenient for the front desk to not have Chinese service and breakfast.

How can I put it... The accommodation in this town is hard to describe. This hotel doesn't even have a comb, but it's okay as long as it's clean and convenient.
