Booked through Agoda , roughly rm75++ per person per night which include breakfast, just no soundproof, we stayed at 3rd floor , can hear the band singing at night , and in the morning cat meow , loud music blasting . Breakfast selection ok , we joined the day trip tour by this hotel , rm263 per person for 2 days island hopping which is mabul & kapalai, the other day is bohey dulang , mantabuan island and sibuan island , the tour guides cum divers were helpful which was udin and nasim, the other day guide hutam was good 👍🏻 except one janggut guide was so into himself traveling and never really take care of us . So depends on which guide you have on your boat to take you around for day trip .. overall ok for 3 nights stay , got elevator , water bottle , travel shampoo

Probably one of the best guesthouses in Semporna area. Jono's place is strategically located near the jetty and restaurant area. Almost everything is walking distance. Pharmacies, dive centres, convenience stores, restaurants and etc. The place itself is so clean and tidy. Can see that the owner puts a lot of effort in maintaining the place. The guesthouse has a well equipped pantry. It has instant noodles, bread biscuits, eggs, tea and coffee. It's more than good enough for a simple breakfast. I highly recommend this place.

I didn’t really stay at this hotel but paid a visit when I was in town. The staff there were very friendly and showed me a couple of rooms as I requested. It is definitely in better condition than the Inn2 I stayed in. It is the newest among the three Sipadan Inns, at a better location, especially if you go to Mabul with Scuba Junkie, very close to their office and their jetty. Thought to let travelers know as I didn’t see any comment when booking hotels in Semporna. It is a tiny seafront town, everything close by but those narrow, car-lined streets are not that easy to walk through if you carry luggage on a hot day.

The hotel is very new. It should be considered an excellent room in the pier. The breakfast is relatively simple. I forgot to take photos of the room. It is almost the same as a domestic four-star hotel. Compared with other hotels in the pier, the lighthouse is simply yyds.

Stayed at Semporna Haifeng Hotel for one night and moved over for 3 nights. The room is small and the bathroom is large. The furnishings in the room are simple, but the bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep. The inn is in an excellent location, very close to the meeting point of the lazy cat island hopping tour. Several seafood shops with net red check-in are nearby. The boss is a Malay overseas Chinese, helpful, good communication, and can give you many good suggestions for local travel. Of course, you can also book island hopping and airport pick-up and drop-off at him. In short, it is a recommended hotel in Semporna.

The room is ok and comfortable with aircon and fan. At check-in time in the afternoon, the aircond is very strong and the fan is on It's a cold night, I don't even turn on the aircon haha, just turn on the fan. Amik seaview is ok. The bathroom floor is stagnant. Breakfast is not from the hotel but outside, you can choose between 2 restaurants, but the two Chinese restaurants are not sure if you want to eat even if they only have toasted bread on the menu with another menu of curry noodles/mee soup. Choose one Muslim shop and one Chinese shop, then the choice is correct. These are two Chinese shops. Add the Qibla direction in the hotel room. The location is close to the jetty, he just took the boat to the island. The staff are all ok, good.

Upon arrival at the airport, things just went downhill. My wife had booked a ride from Ocean Inn from the airport to their hotel prior to our arrival. Our ride never showed up even after my wife confirmed with the hotel staff. Called them and not one response after several calls. Great way to confirm everything and then leave your customers high and dry. We ended getting our own ride. Ocean Inn hotel is situated in a what I would consider a more or less slum area. I saw multiple locals finish their drinks and then tossed their trash over into the sea when there’s garbage cans just a few feet from them. There’s a lot of garbage sunken and floating in the water everywhere. Countless rats scurrying on the ground and roofs in broad daylight. The area reeks of sewage. When we checked in, the gal in the front didn’t like her job. No greetings. No smiles. No friendly service. Not sure if it’s a cultural thing that I’m misunderstanding. I felt like she didn’t want to help us. Never did. The entrance of the front desk had an overwhelming smell of mothball. In our room, my wife found strands of hair between the sheets and blanket. The room smelled mildewy. The restroom smelled like a heavily used public restroom. The shower pressure trickled. I just don’t know how some of these reviewers gave this place a 3-5 stars. Absolutely baffled!!! Overall, there’s little nice things to say about Ocean Inn except that the AC works well. I’ll let you readers run wild with your own imagination that I’m painting. I would never come back here again. Thank goodness it was just for one night stay.

This time is a person to test the diving certificate to see the evaluation is very high and the Chinese boss chose this place to say that the location is very close to the pier. The two-story small building behind the landmark hotel Haifeng Hotel is very clean and hot water is also very good breakfast. It’s a local dry noodle. Sometimes it’s a little small ant, but many inns near the dock respond to such problems. My main point is to say that the boss is really good to leave Semporna’s last day. The boss drove me and Dive shop to meet the small partners to go to the niche's attractions patiently explain the help to take pictures, leave me and buy me chocolate and cookies full of emotions, next to the owner's new lighthouse hotel, there are five floors, feels great, expected to open in June and July It’s really a good fortune. I hope that the boss’s business is prosperous and healthy. I’ve already recommended it to my friends. The photo is a photo with the boss and a photo of the help.
