We booked a premium floor japanese western room and the room was really spacious and sparkling clean! Very new and nice furnishings. Bed was extremely comfortable! Good amenities in the room but maybe can provide some small spoons. Food in the hotel are good and the restaurant staffs are all so friendly and courteous! Special thanks to Ms Yoyo who can speak English. All staffs made the effort to greet you everytime you step in or out of the restaurant. You can also use the coin laundry at their sister hotel which is accessible from 1st floor lobby. Only feedback was the Onsen. It was overall nice but needs a bit of refurbishment as the tiles in the bath was chipping off which might hurt someone someday. (Of course not if you are careful avoiding them)

The staff were very accommodating. The location is accessible by public transport (though the bus only runs about once an hour). Dinner was delicious. The hot spring/onsen was standard – I had hoped for a little more. The room, however, was excellent, featuring a private sauna and a massage chair!

The room was spacious, probably due to recent renovations. Having stayed at many hot spring inns before, this was the only one with too many bugs. Luckily, I wasn't too afraid. Dinner was quite good, breakfast was simpler, and the hot spring water was just average.

The hotel is good and worth recommending. The room is clean, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the hot spring has private baths, but reservations are required. You can see Figures 15 and 16 on the 5th floor. The service is also very good. It was a very good hot spring experience.

The hotel is an old-style 🍽️ hot spring hotel with a quiet environment and free parking. Although the waiter didn't understand English, he took the initiative to try to solve the problems we needed to solve, which was also good. The slope outside the hotel is very steep, drivers must be careful There are no shops outside the hotel, so you need to eat in the hotel. The food is not very delicious, but it is full of Japanese flavor and acceptable.
