They were very kind to tell me the location of the bus stop and the bus schedule. Thank you for the detailed explanations of the amenities and the floors.

There was no shower in the room; you had to go down to the large public bath. There was a rooftop bath, but it was very windy that day, so you couldn't stay for long. Dinner and breakfast were just average. Service was okay; the room was comfortable with a lake view. There weren't many rooms, so it was quiet. The lobby lounge area was quite large and had coffee; they also had ice pops in the evening.

Highly recommended! I'd definitely come back! 1. The hotel staff were very friendly. They offered small candies and cookies upon check-in, and there were drinks and popsicles available on the first floor. 2. The room was spacious and comfortable. The private onsen (30 minutes) I booked made felt like I had the place to myself – wonderful! 3. The view from the window of Lake Tazawa was absolutely beautiful! Overall, it felt like coming home – so comfortable and peaceful. I loved it!

I was allowed to leave my luggage before going to Nyuto Onsen. All the staff were very kind, and I had many pleasant conversations with them. The private open-air bath was also very relaxing. I appreciated the welcome drink and the ice pops I could enjoy after my bath. I'm not sure if it was just my room, but I could see Lake Tazawa from the window, and it was beautiful from the morning.

This is a great value-for-money accommodation with a large parking lot nearby. The rooms offer beautiful views, but the private bath is only available for 30 minutes at a time, so it's recommended to shower in the main public bath first before booking the scenic bath. There are two coin-operated washing machines on the first floor of the hotel.
