Hotel Zuiho

Both dinner and breakfast were great. Everything worked smoothly even though there were many guests. At the entrance of the bathhouse, "after-bath ice cream" is prepared for free, and it is thoughtful. Not only "ice cream", but it may be limited to summer, drinks such as "barley tea" and "lemon water" were all-you-can-drink. The guest room was clean, and there was a "handbag basket" that could be used when going from the guest room to the bath. I didn't have to worry about luggage even in yukata. Anyway, it was a hotel that "reached the itchy place". The hot water in Akiu is gentle on the skin. I would definitely like to visit again during the fall foliage season.

The food was delicious, the price was a little high, there was a strange smell coming from the refrigerator and bed area in the room. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep. 50 points in total

I pre-booked a shuttle bus from Sendai Station. We also included a 2000 yen coupon for Miyagi prefecture discount. For a class reunion, 3 men and 4 women took two rooms and stayed overnight. It seems that the secretary and his wife have stayed here over 100 times, so they seem to have friendly faces and were able to accommodate us in various ways. The lobby has a fluffy carpet and several different sofa sets. There is a pond inside the building with carp swimming around. It seems that a waterfall used to flow there. The room is on the 10th floor. One 12 tatami, one 6 tatami Japanese style room, one 6 tatami room with a sofa, and one with 3 rooms. The public bath was changed daily and was spacious. Meals are buffet. There were many types and there were long lines everywhere. However, since it was a private room, I was able to chat without any reservations. The taste is normal.

The dinner buffet had a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious and satisfying. We also have sushi, crab, and beef tongue, so I think kids will like it too. Of course, you can also drink many types of alcohol. They also take down empty plates at the right time, so you don't have to worry about not being able to put them all on the table. The room had just been renovated and was a little small, but clean. The parking lot is a little far away, but you can come and pick us up, so it's not a problem.

The building seems old, but it has been renovated and is very clean and comfortable. The indoor bath was also very large. Dinner was a buffet. Although the number of dishes was large, the quality was below expectations. The steak meat was tough and I didn't think the sushi was that delicious.

The room was on the top floor, very clean and the food was excellent. The hot springs are also very good. But there is one bad point. If we are restricted to two-hour shifts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for dinner and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, it would be unfair to not be able to enter the venue immediately at 5:00 PM. There was a huge line from before 5pm, but there was only one reception desk and only one staff member, so even after 5pm there were about 50 people in line and we couldn't get in. We were seated about 15 minutes after 5pm. I had been looking forward to a leisurely dinner, but due to the shift system, I had to leave the venue by 7pm, which turned into an unpleasant atmosphere where I had to eat quickly. Other people who had already arrived at the venue at 5pm and were in line were also nervous. Can't we at least increase the number of receptionists at the venue to about three people? I only hope for improvement on that point. If that is not possible, I would like to see a change to a system where each customer can eat slowly and without worrying about the time, rather than having a rotation system.

仙台駅からの無料送迎バスで日帰り入浴へ行って来ました。 入浴＋ランチ(青葉)で3070円。 一日楽しめてこれなら全然ありですね。 10/20に行きましたが、 紅葉はまだまだ先のようです。

リピーターですが初めて口コミさせていただきます。 食事はビュッフェですがそんじょそこいらの旅館とは違います。 質・量ともに大満足です。 バブル期を彷彿とさせる佇まいですが一部はリニューアルもされていて清掃も行き届いており快適に滞在できました。 家族も喜んでおりましたので機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
