Very spacious room, ours was provided with a massage chair which was great! Closed to restsurants and shopping areas but a bit walk to JR station. Very polite staff. Breakfast ok but not impressive. Lobby quite nice, offering free coffee.

The bathroom was nice. The bath window had soap scum, but other than that the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, as always.

The room is clean and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice and polite. There are two convenient shop ( Lawson & 7-11 )near the hotel. The breakfast is too crowded and food selection is limit.

There were plenty of amenities such as bath salts, lotion, hair oil, etc. The shower head and iron were all Refa, so I was able to stay comfortably. It was also very close to Sendai's shopping and drinking district, so access was very good.

This is the best hotel in this trip to Japan, no doubt about it. The service facilities and location are basically top in this price range. The room is equipped with hair dryers and curling irons for ladies. On the second floor, you can get free small packages of cosmetics, bath salts, coffee, tea, etc. It is worth the money. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Sendai

The hotel is very good, the room is big, it's a bit of a walk from the JR station but not very far, and it's very convenient for shopping and eating nearby. There is a long commercial street nearby and a delicious grilled beef tongue restaurant.

It is a business hotel with a convenient location. There is a convenience store downstairs. There are many shops and restaurants, and the living functions are excellent. There are a variety of room types to choose from. The double room is also equipped with a massage chair. The mattress and pillows are moderately soft and hard, allowing for a good night's sleep.

Stayed at daiwa hotel for the second time, the location is convenient. The front desk staff, Mr. Ito, speaks very good English and tries his best to communicate. 👍 You can carry facial cleansing products and bath salts in the Lobby🧡

It's about a 20-minute walk from Sendai Station. You can walk through Ichiban Street or take a bus for 2 or 3 stops outside the station. It's possible to walk around without a suitcase, but it's a bit difficult to carry a suitcase. The room is very good, large, and relatively new. It's especially friendly to long hair. There are several care tools, which is great.

It's a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station. There is a subway station nearby, so transportation is convenient. The hotel service is good, and children's slippers and toiletries bags are specially provided. It's a pretty good hotel

The location is very good and the equipment is very complete. But what surprised me is that there is an electric iron in the room. It's really great. I like it very much. But the noise of the hair dryer is a bit noisy.

I booked a twin room for Christmas. I was looking for a hotel that didn't have a unit bath, so I stayed at Daiwa Roynet. The bathroom in the first room I was shown was a barrier-free bathroom (although it didn't say so in the room details), so I asked the front desk and they were able to change the room👏 The only thing that was a bit off was that I couldn't find the switch for the ventilation fan...the humidity in the bathroom was ridiculous lol Other than that, the service and location were very good! First of all, they offer a full service referral service, which is great for women✨

The price is affordable, the room is neat and clean, and the space (two single beds room) is sufficient. Another reason for choosing this hotel is that there is a parking lot available (for an additional fee), which makes the physical experience feel good.
