Days Inn by Wyndham Seneca / Clemson Area

We had hot water, clean towels and comfortable mattresses and pillows. Bed frame and air conditioning noisy. Room needs to be remodeled and damaged chair replaced along with toilet seat/lid. Floor lamp did not work, glad we didn't need it. Poor reception on tv. Outrageous daily charge for during the week.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality lighting in the room. That might be unimportant to some but I appreciate quality lighting. The a/c worked well, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the tv display which was rather unclear.

Clean bed and towels, needs renovation. Good location, Nice people. Needs renovation. Old Days inn location, convenient.

Motel was a little run down. Aged and needs a facelift. Shower handle/ faucet was coming off the wall. Had to call housekeeping to help get the shower on so we didn’t break it any further than it already was. Check in person wasn’t personable at all. Not the worst but made you want to get it over with as fast as possible. Property was clean and the area was decent. Rooms were aged, couch was dirty, walls were chipped and showed some age spots. Just a motel for a quick stay but expected a little more than the basic and below average visit.

The room got the job done. The bed was comfy but the rooms are on the older side. Staff was helpful when our room wasn't ready, but our reservation wasn't right (2 full beds instead of a king) and we didn't feel like going back again. Nothing fancy by any means but it was a place to sleep and was quieter than we expected.

It was me and 4 kids between the ages of 2 to 11. When we pulled up the 11 year old said Mimi this place doesn’t look safe and I agree. This place was a rat hole. I went in to talk to the staff and the first thing she said was I need a $150.00 deposit that you will get back in 3 to 10 business days. I had paid for the room on line and ask her to get my money back because I was traveling with 4 Kids and I did not feel safe there. She told me because I had done it through a third-party I would have to go through them.. I went out and took the kids to McDonald’s why I tried to resolve this issue. When trying to resolve their issue ********** could not reach the lady at Days Innso ********** told me they would continue to try to reach her and let me know what was said almost a week later this is still not resolved and I’m still had to pay for the roof. I would not recommend this place for one. It looked very sketchy and unsafe and too. I’m still trying to get my money back and from what I’ve gathered I’m not gonna get it back. You can go right down the road to a different hotel. That is very nice. Pay a little bit more plus they only have a $20 Deposit.

Friendly staff, the deposit was almost triple what the nightly stay was and although it’s remodeled, the rooms are quite dirty and infested with fruit flies.
