As with all Indonesian places that we have visited they are so welcoming and accommodating and this place is no different. It’s surrounded by lush greenery and is very close to the ocean and from the infinity pool it feels like you can touch it. The rooms are big and very spacious with lots of places to store your belongings. A safe is also available as is free Wi-Fi (it’s not the fastest) which will get the job done. The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and free water is supplied daily when the room is cleaned. The room we had enjoyed an outside balcony overlooking the garden. The beds are at least super king size and there is a minimum of 2 pillows per person. The room had a fridge and a large full length mirror. A hair dryer was also provided and my partner confirms it did the job. The room has air conditioning along with a fan and there are plenty of electrical sockets scattered about and at least one on either side of the bed which is good for charging phones etc over night. The bathroom was adequate if a little dated and there is an outside feel to the place. It had a standard shower head along with a rain fall shower and as bathrooms go this was huge and I mean huge. There is also an electrical socket in here as well. They provide lots of towels along with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap. There are also complimentary things such as a shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste. Everything you could need and a little bit more. The location is about 2k from sengigi centre and is about a 40 mins to 1 hour walk. There are plenty of taxis that will stop to offer there services. We never took a taxi so cannot comment on cost or service. Now let’s talk about the staff and what a team they have here and the cannot speak highly enough of them all. Nothing is too much trouble. The couple next to us were having breakfast and the staff (3 of them) entertained their young son whilst they ate in peace. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this team. They want to know how you are and are genuinely interested to know. This is a Muslim island so there is approx 5 calls to prayer and they start at first light , this is something to be aware of but it never bothered us at all. I won’t talk about the food as I will do a separate review on the food (spoiler alert it’s good) If tranquility and great service is high on your requirements then I’m not sure that this could be bettered

This hotel is very small and fresh, built on the mountainside. Opposite the Hilton Hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are very large! We were paralyzed at Hilton the day before. Breakfast was ordered but the menu was a bit confusing

Senggigi Beach
I decided to change the room with a view of the garden, but only on the second floor. I liked this number better. The room has been redecorated, the ceilings are higher and the view is much more interesting than the room overlooking the sea, but on the ground floor. For those who want peace and quiet, this is a great choice. There are a lot of cafes, shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant on the beach to the right of the hotel behind the pier. This hotel is a good choice for Lombok Island.

Senggigi Beach

Guys, thank you a lot for our comfortable stay at yr hotel. I am from Russia and I took mom with me to see and explore beautiful Indonesia🇮🇩. We were staying for 5 days in May 23 at Deluxe Ocean View. Both of us did enjoy our stay, especially: 🌟the very hospitable and attentive personnel. Guys, 5 stars to you and our special thanks to those at restaurant: Sunny, Wowan, Habib, Arman and sending our yummy thanks to the Cook🙏(Sorry if I misspelled yr names) You are doing yr job greatly: very considerate, heartful and super helpful😇 We were ordering meal from the restaurant and it took Max 30 mins to get it delivered and again thanks to Sunny and Wowan and great Cook; one day they even put extra Krupuks as they noticed that I liked those. Hearty thanks to the Girls at reception! (Don't remember the names 😏) Super beautiful and helpful🙏 🌟the territory is nice: with nice views plus a great big swimming pool with all the necessary facilities 🌟cleanliness of rooms and a good quality of furniture, bed linen! Clean, tidy and very charming to stay in rooms and enjoy time in the quite spacious balcony (of our Deluxe Ocean view) 🌟AC is working greatly Bad things/ Disadvantages 👎and things to improve: ⛔ there was No internet at all - so I could not do my distant work and lost money bcz of that((( (We were said that this was on the whole island.. some problem but anyway NO WiFi and ⛔No Working TV set as it's work depends directly on work of the Internet ⛔some corners on the territory are not clean and with some old shabby, not used stuff.. for example, spa zone is closed and dirty downstairs as not in use. ⛔the beach line is super small and some rubbish there as locals come to it and leave garbage😔 and it is totally impossible to swim cause we were said that there are tides and waves and that's why it is not safe

Qunci Villa’s is a medium-sized resort type hotel. The two hotel pools are beautifully situated, looking out over the beach and the western sky (so beautiful sunsets, provided there are not too many clouds). The beach itself is relatively quiet (mostly hotels and resorts on this particular stretch of the beach). The grey sand beach itself is not the best in Lombok (those are more in the south), and rocks / a reef in the water, but do provide for a nice view. The rooms looked somewhat outdated. The food is okay (7,5 / 10), if you’re looking for authentic Indonesian food; this is not the place. Staff, however, is very friendly. When we were there, the majority of guests were somewhat older couples (if you want; the pool is beautiful enough to stay there the entire day, relax, and eat at the hotel). If you’re looking for another type of experience, you may want to consider visiting the south (e.g., Kuta) or east of Lombok
