I stayed here with my friends for one night after finishing the Rinjani trek. Very good stay. Beautiful view. Chill vibe

This stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here! What stood out: A Special Shoutout to "Superman": I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking. Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day. The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating. Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel! It was very beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. We received complimentary tropical fruit, cookies, and even bedtime stories. The beach is right by the water, which was great to walk along. The breakfast was occasionally hit-or-miss but still good.

This place is definetely one of the the best hotels in Senggigi. Service and staff is 10/10. We stayed at one of the panoramic suites; very comfortable, great amenities, beautiful view. If you are planning to visit Senggigi, this is an excellent place to stay.

Unfortunately, I missed the sunset due to a flight delay, but having dinner right on the beach at night was also fantastic. Breakfast facing the pool was very peaceful, and the greenery was well-maintained. The food quality was good, and the room was lovely. I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very attentive and helped us with various boat tickets. The only downside is that it's an hour from the airport to the hotel, and 30 minutes from the hotel to Bansal Pier. It would be fine if you're staying for several days.

Excellent service. Every staff member is willing and capable. 10/10 Senggigi area itself has a poor beach. As with other resorts in the vicinity. If u want to lie on the beach and relax its not ideal. Room is a bit dated but otherwise very comfortable. Qunci next door offers better value in my opinion. Bigger scale and more modern. When u walk over u will be thinking u rather booked there. Sunset suite is close to sea but view is blocked by trees and building

Great servicel and great food . I enjoyed the sunset dinner at the restaurant. I was seated near the sea and the sun set just in front of me. It was really beautiful.

Easy access to the beach, but nothing much nearby. Will have to scooter or take a grab out. Room is spacious but will be good if there is drying rack placed in the balcony. At night you will hear the strong waves, as well as morning prayers, but you can get ear plugs easily from front office. As there is nothing much around the neighborhood, it will be good if there is gym facility.

Very nice hotel in a quiet place on a beach not crowded at all. The food was amazing, the room was large and clean and the team was always very nice to us. Sunset view from the restaurant is amazing. They went above and beyond to make everything exactly how we imagined – every wish was fulfilled with genuine care and attention to detail. Highly recommended. Clean and beautiful place. friendly staff. good location with the best sunset in town. we were staying in room 214 and the room is superb. cannot get enough with outdoor shower. room is spacious and clean. variety of foods to order. if can add gym would be great for a gym freak like me. other than that I would repeat my stay.

Absolutely treasure of a resort. The room was just perfect. Staff friendly and surprisingly the in-house restaurant is fantastic. Best Ayam Taliwang we had (and we tried a few places on Lombok). If we ever make it to Lombok again, we will make sure to stay a few nights at Sudamala again.
