I was there in September, during the rainy and flooding season. Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, abundant breakfast, delicious ham. The only shame is the weather, especially for those who live there. I recommend going to eat pizza at Schizzo, a seafood restaurant very close to the hotel.

I stayed in this structure from 14 to 17 September. The hotel is simple, the spacious room is definitely a little dated but very clean and with all the comforts. The manager is very kind and attentive to meeting the needs of the customer. Abundant breakfast served in a renovated room in a way, in my opinion, very nice enriched with a whole series of aquariums. For me who am intolerant to some foods the manager was able to always put suitable and varied things on the table. The hotel is located a short distance from the sea with an equipped beach and a promenade where you can find many places to eat in a different way including an Indian restaurant. It is located very close to the center and with a walk you can reach the various places of interest in Senigallia. With another nice walk you can go past the Misia and reach the Rotonda di Cattolica. Of course you should not expect luxury or anything else but if you want a quiet place this is definitely the place. If it happens I will stay in this hotel again also considering the quality/price ratio.

We stayed at this property for a week in August. PROS: the location! Very close to the sea and affiliated with a well-equipped establishment with an excellent bar (also for lunches/dinners). 10 minutes from the center (even if the first stretch of road does not have a nice sidewalk!). Very kind and helpful staff. We only ate once because we had only had breakfast, but we ate well (good and plentiful food). The rooms have good wifi and fairly new air conditioning, ours also had a nice little balcony. Water available in the corridors. CONS: the property, despite the fact that you can see that improvements have been made, is still quite dated and there is no elevator. Small parking lot, but we always left the keys and the staff took care of moving and/or parking the car when a space became available. The room was clean but small, the three of us struggled to find room for everything. Even the bathroom was small even though it was equipped with everything. I would suggest putting some lines on the balcony to hang up beach towels and swimsuits. There is no refrigerator (or at least there wasn't one in our room).

Structure located in a fairly quiet area and very close to the sea. Polite and helpful staff, excellent and abundant cuisine. I would say that if you want to find a place where calm and quiet reign, this is the right place. It was truly a rewarding experience for the body and mind.👍

Se cerchi la tranquillità è un luogo ideale. La vicinanza sia al mare che al centro permettono di muoversi senza auto. Parcheggio piccolo Camere datate e con arredo semplici ma secondo me in linea con il prezzo. Cortesia e attenzione del gestore sono da apprezzare. Il bagno in camera era un po' piccolo ma con tutti i confort. Manca un frigo in camera. WiFi ottima.

Hotel di piccole dimensioni sito a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Senigallia. Personale molto gentile e disponibile per cercare di accontentare ogni bisogno dell'ospite. Nonostante sia degli anni '70, la struttura é curata e, dove possibile, sono state apportate migliorie. Locali molto puliti. Camera di dimensioni generose ma molto pulita e con arredi "moderni". Bagno in camera di piccole dimensioni ma pulito e vivibile senza grandi difficoltà (la mia doccia era di grandezza minima, ma non ho trovato problemi nel lavarmi). Vi é pure il balcone e l'aria condizionata. Nonostante la ferrovia passi vicina, non sono stato disturbato dai treni. La strada invece rimane a qualche metro e quindi non si sente affatto. Locale delle colazioni con degli acquari curati e colazione variata e con prodotti freschi. Vi é un piccolo parcheggio. Una degna nota molto positiva va al titolare che mi ha permesso di parcheggiare il motoveicolo nel garage adibito a deposito spostando anche delle biciclette e l'auto per fare più spazio possibile e senza nemmeno farmi pagare un supplemento.
