Nice view hotel

First of all, the hotel is very new and the hardware materials used are of very high quality. Although the price is a bit high, the service is completely worth it. There are many details that I won’t mention one by one. Special thanks to Alesha from the Chinese Guest Relations Department, who helped us solve many problems.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Jeju Island because of the Marriott brand. I am really glad that I chose the right hotel. The geographical location on the cliff reflects the invincible beauty. I soaked in the infinity pool and enjoyed the visual feast of the sky and the sea. There are also concerts in the hotel. The breakfast and lunch provided by the room package are simply too rich. The quantity is large and the quality is guaranteed. It is definitely a high-value food. Steak and lobster were arranged at the beginning of breakfast, and a seafood buffet was available for lunch. The super good stay experience also comes from the hotel's lunch service team. Kaka and his colleagues are very considerate, very professional, enthusiastic, and lively. They are always by your side to provide you with services, so that you can be worry-free throughout the whole process. Not to mention the room, it is clean, quiet, and the 180-degree sea view is really worth it

It's really a great value for money. First of all, although the price is not low, it's really worth it. It not only includes breakfast for two people, but also brunch for two people. You can eat from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm. Needless to say, the food is so good. The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and there are concerts every night. It's especially suitable for leisure travel. You can stay in the hotel without going out. It's comfortable and leisurely. It's really perfect. Finally, let's talk about the service. Going to Korea basically depends on translation software, so there are special domestic service staff here. They are so kind. If you have any problems, they will help you solve them enthusiastically. They will help you solve them clearly in terms of food, accommodation and transportation. They are really very enthusiastic and comfortable. I strongly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's expensive for a reason. I will go to their house next time. By the way, their bread and desserts are all made by themselves, which are very delicious. I took a whole box away. The hotel and Bulgari's cooperation on washing and care are also very useful. My mother likes it very much. I plan to contact them to see if they can help mail it back to China.

In order to avoid the typhoon, we took a short trip on a whim. The impression of the whole Jeju Island is that the scenery here is unique, and this hotel has raised the level of the whole Jeju Island. I am very satisfied with the appearance, facilities, catering and service of the hotel. I am very glad that they have a Chinese manager Jessica. She provided a lot of help during our stay. She introduced many characteristics of the hotel, explained the culture of the fox pool, recommended restaurants, helped to get a taxi, etc. We booked a room with an outdoor wooden barrel bath. This room type includes two meals. Breakfast is 7:00-10:30, set meal system; brunch is 10:30-14:30, buffet system. For me who wakes up late, I will not miss eating at all. Everything exceeded our expectations a lot, because the breakfast and lunch were too rich, and we wanted to eat but couldn't eat when we went out to play. We also ate at the hotel ** restaurant and Yeoumul Japanese restaurant, each of which was great. Because it is very convenient to come by plane, 1 hour, I will definitely come to check in again in winter.

Impression of the whole Jeju Island. The scenery here is unique, and the construction style of Seogwipo City is completely different from that of Jeju City. The service and catering are online. I met two Chinese employees, Jessica and Alesha. Thank you for providing a lot of help during our stay and introducing many characteristics of the hotel. The room includes two meals. Breakfast is 7:00-10:30, a set meal, each different staple food choice, very delicious and large, which has surprised us. The brunch that was almost ignored by us was 10:30-14:30, a buffet, which exceeded our expectations a lot. Because it was strongly recommended and included in the room, we were lucky to have eaten it. After eating, we all felt that the price performance ratio of the room price was much higher and it was worth it. Friends, don't miss it if the room is included.

The cliff hotel is beautiful and stunning. The Chinese service staff are very professional and detailed. I will come again.

It's not worth the price. I've stayed at Rosewood, Bulgari and other hotels, which are about the same price as this one, but this one has good service and the facilities, environment and design feel like an upgraded version of a high-end express hotel. I probably won't stay there again.

Located in Seogwipo City at the southern end of Jeju Island, it is a little remote geographically, but the scenery is super good, suitable for a family vacation style! We are in a basic sea view room (thanks to the free upgrade) 🀄️The hotel has several Chinese housekeepers. The one who received us was @Alesha. The lady was so nice! Super considerate. After checkin, she took us on a brief tour of the hotel, introduced various facilities, helped us order meals, and called a taxi for us. The main point is that you only need to open your mouth and it's done. It's great! ! ! Other employees also speak English very well, so don't worry about language problems. 👍Children friendly, including indoor children's club, outdoor sand pool play area. Infinity pool and indoor pool (shallow pool). 👍Breakfast & brunch, my God, it's so rich! ! ! ! Breakfast is 7:00-10:30, set meal system, the portion is too large. Whose family eats lobster and beef bibimbap in the morning😄 Brunch is from 10:30 to 14:30, lobster tail and sashimi are basic, champagne and caviar are served as soon as you sit down, which is ok😄 Very high-quality products 6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣ 🏖️There is no beach here (it's all cliffs), suitable for families to play for a few days and then go to the beach to continue.

The hotel is very quiet and suitable for vacation. The daily breakfast and brunch are also very suitable for families with children. Thanks to the housekeeper Alesha for her thoughtful service. I will come again next time.

I strongly recommend the Irish Kitchen Brunch, with unlimited champagne, top-quality caviar, and a variety of extremely fresh seafood. It is really a wonderland that makes people linger. Kids cafe has a variety of interesting activities and convenient reservations. Special thanks to the staff Jay Chung (정진욱), who I have known for a long time at the Seoul Marriott. He is not only handsome, like a star, but also speaks fluent English and Chinese, and the service is friendly and professional.  In addition, special thanks to the Chinese male staff, the handsome Karl, because we went there with the elderly and children, and everyone's dining habits are slightly different. Karl was very considerate to recommend each restaurant and the ordering method suitable for us, and followed up our itinerary in real time every day. The sea view and vegetation outside the room are absolutely beautiful, and the photos can only show 1% of the beautiful scenery.
