I stayed for 2 nights and I made a mistake booking an extra night and the staff was so helpful and they returned my money with no hesitation. I recommend this hotel, the beach is near by, just a 10 minute walk and the breakfast is great, western and Korean dishes.

It has received a 5-star certification, but there are no doormen or bellmen in front of the hotel, which are of the same class, and only the necessities for food and beverages are provided. It is a hotel somewhere between 4 and 5 stars, but since it is run by a large company, it should refer to the hotels next door and become a cost-effective 5-star hotel. The rooms are small but comfortable, and the pool is well-maintained, so it seems to be the best accommodation for families, but there are some old corners, so I think it needs to be remodeled.

The room is relatively small. The location is very good. It is next to Shilla and Lotte Hotel. It is also close to the beach. Anyway, it is in the area where Chinese hotels are concentrated. The room is definitely too small for a vacation. It is only three floors and feels like a hotel.

This is a cost-effective 5-star hotel located in Jungmun. Overall, I'm satisfied, but don't expect 5 star service from the staff.

I used the family terrace room on the first floor. There was no TV, so I changed rooms and got an underfloor heating system. It was cold for 2 out of 4 nights because there was no underfloor heating. However, the staff responded kindly and took action. Convenient to use

The hotel's swimming pool and environment are very nice, and there is a convenience store downstairs. The hotel's location is also OK, and there are several restaurants about a 10-minute walk away. The room facilities are a little old, but the terrace in the parent-child room is still very good. Because you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, and the bathtub has no handrails, it is recommended to equip it with a non-slip mat, otherwise it is easy to slip. The service at the front desk is also good, and I am satisfied overall.

Hotels in Jeju Island are really expensive. The price is so high and the hygiene is not as good as Seven Days Home Inn. There was water dripping from everywhere in the room, and there was a lot of moisture when entering. The environment is good, but the room facilities, hygiene, and services are really not cost-effective... There is a layer of dust everywhere in the cleaned room. I have nothing to say...

It’s a really comfortable and pretty resort. It's not big, but there's a heated pool. You can use it even in winter! I especially liked the breakfast! It's delicious and carefully prepared. I used it well!
