Super convenient location and love that the place has many choices for food. The food court has really yummy food!

Facilities are great and staff were quite helpful. The only problem we had was they forgot to refill our coffee sachets, which we drink in the morning:)

Mega size resort with theme park. Very clean w lots of food options. No cot was available when we stayed ( all in use).

Check in in this area is always problematic. You have to take a number but many just ignore the protocol and it takes even longer to get checked in. The stay was nice.

We've stayed at this resort on several different occasions. Usually book directly on the resort site but often the rooms are sold out and it is best to book here. The resort is a top choice and must for families with children. There is something for everyone, and the location is close by many of Jeju's top attractions from museums to beaches and beautiful trekking trails. The swimming pool and waterpark are a must for children and the shopping mall in the lower levels are also convenient and fun.

The package with tickets was great. Having fun in the resort.

We took a bus from the airport and stopped at the nearest bus stop which was about 15-20 min walk. Still manageable with 2 big luggages, 1 small luggage, a pram and 2 kids. Room was decent, alittle small with not much room to move with all the luggage’s we had. Disappointed that they only had 1 type of pillow and they were of the extremely soft kind. When I requested for 1 more pillow on my first night, Service staff said they were out of pillows and they could only send 1 the next day- which they didn’t and I didn’t bother myself to call again. Folded the pillow and made do with it. I wished the staff could speak better English. Only 1 girl who could and she stood out amongst all because she went all the way out to help us book a cab out of the resort (resort was like 40 min away from the all the action/ “city”) as we wanted to try food outside the resort. She helped google and searched for a nice seafood place where locals went which was 10-15 min away (taxis are expensive! Almost like $1 for a min drive) (she was just posted to work there 2 months ago) she was simply the best!

Amazing hotel. First time in Jeju & it was perfect for my husband & I plus our 1 year old. We had a lot of fun in the pools.

While looking into traveling to Jeju Island with my child, I made a reservation because I heard there was a theme park, swimming pool, playground, game facilities, and shopping. My child is 7 years old and sleeps all around 360 degrees. So I applied for a guard and they installed it right away. When we first arrived at the hotel, they helped us with our luggage, but since we were a family of 100, we had a lot of luggage, so I felt sorry that a female employee did it for us. ^^;;; They also gave us detailed hotel information and gave us theme park passes per person. Is this a 5-star hotel for this price? I think it was a good idea to stay on the top floor. The view was great and the lights were on at night, which was nice.

Everything is good, but the theme park, water park, and sky pool are too far from the room… ㅠㅠ The air conditioner was weak, so it was hot in the morning.

Resort location. Not bad. Lots of things to see around. Parking lot is small. Lobby is small (check-in time takes a long time.) Outdoor pool closes at 5 or 6. Even if you check in at 3, you can only enter at 4. If you unpack and do other things, you can only use the outdoor pool for about 30 minutes. On the other hand, Sky Pool had a better view than I thought. Most of the panoramic pools I've been to are built right next to the coast, but the coastline seen from the hillside was very attractive. Sky Pool at sunset was really nice. As with all resorts, there are many programs, so I think it's a place where you can spend 2 nights to your heart's content for those who plan to do most of their things at the resort. (There are many things to see around, so I think it would be okay to stay 2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days as the main accommodation.) Aside from the wear and tear from time to time, the cleanliness was pretty clean. There seemed to be a lot of negative comments about the cleanliness, but I wonder if it has improved or if I was lucky. The reason I gave the facility a 4 is because there are many shopping areas, places to eat, etc., but I think there was a mistake in the design phase. The route is too unreasonable. The distance from the lobby to the room is longer than expected. The distance from the room to the parking lot is very far. The distance from the room to the outdoor pool is also far, and the elevator is slow. The room to the sky pool is adequate (since it is in front of the lobby). This probably can't be improved, so...

Shinhwa Theme Park Big3 Ticket: It's not so sunny at night, but there are not many attractions at night! You can play all the attractions here in half a day! Shinhwa Water Park Free Ticket: Super invincible! Everyone who comes to Jeju Island must come here to play. Children love it too much and there are not many people! Hygiene: The room is large and comfortable! But the worst thing is that you have to wait for check-in for a long time and the whole lobby is full of people! Service: The service is still a bit behind and slow Facilities: There are many restaurants in the park, so you don't have to eat out at all! Shopping: In addition to convenience stores, the hotel's shopping mall has high-end brands! Car: You must call a car. It's not convenient to get here! Call a car and you can also play the chocolate factory, orange park, and teddy park next door when you leave! They are all worth going to!

The hotel staff was very friendly and enthusiastic, but there was only one person who could speak Chinese. If the person who could speak Chinese was not at work, I could only translate. There are many facilities in the hotel, but they all require reservations. The room type I booked includes the theme park ticket, which is very affordable. It also provides cribs and baby bathtubs, which is very convenient for families with children. It is recommended to arrange to stay here on the first day and then stay in the city later. The overall experience is great👍

The children in the water park had a lot of fun, and the park is still small compared to domestic ones. The waiter's overall English communication was not fluent, and it took an hour to buy a ticket. The overall environment of the park is good, the sanitation is very clean, there is food, drink and entertainment, and the consumption is relatively high.
