This is the worst hotel i stay ever, bad experience, first thing i know i will check in very late so before i go reach i try to call the hotel want to inform i will late check in but when i call first time, receptionist have pick up my call and when i try to inform them, they hang up the call and after that call again no answer!! Second thing is there is don’t have any crew at reception after 12am and when I reach hotel there just leave my room key on reception table!!! Third thing is on the midnight my room suddenly out of power when we go to reception, there have put emergency number on table but we call that number don’t have any response ,even we contact Trip.com customer service officer they help us call the emergency number also no response, and the whole night we feel very helpless, we don’t know who can help us so whole night we just stay at car!!! I would not recommend this hotel, service very bad, surround hotel very dark so very dangerous on night, stay at your own risk!!!!
