Room is spacious. Got a mountain view and need to pay extra if upgrade to seaview. Very friendly and helpful concierge who suggested nearby walking places to go eg Yeomiji Botanic garden and Cheonjeyeon Fall. Highly recommended for the pleasant stay. Will stay again.

Nice resort hotel with lovely pools suitable for families and couples. The beach is a short hike down the stairs, but everything else is further away and will require a car.

The hotel location, facilities, and outdoor landscaping are fantastic. The breakfast buffet was high quality (with a high price to match); The rooms are comfortable though nothing to rave about. Two areas for improvement: 1. The hotel service is not catered towards foreigners; The front desk and kids island staff, as well as information pamphlet are limited mainly to Korea. The check in counter knew I had two young children with me, but did not mention that we had to pre-book / reserve activities with the kids island. By the time I found out, everything was full and my children could not participate in anything. 2. The hotel pool has a safety policy where children under 1.3M need an adult to accompany them, and if under 1.2M need to wear a life vest. This doesn't make sense for parents (to accompany them) or children who can already swim.

Beautiful area, Lecco to get to the beach. The bus from/to the airport comes right to the hotel doors. WiFi works well on the whole island not only in the hotel but also in the bus, settlements.
