Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Extremely clean and tidy rooms with all necessary facilities. Room was very spacious with a workstation for home office. Enjoyed our stay. Location is a bit far from city centre. May not be great for travellers who wants to stay near the city centre.

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

Amazing stay, everything was clean and professional. Great amenities, gym was beyond expectations. Had all the equipment you need for a great workout. Decent location and free parking if you have a car. Highly recommend.

It's a new hotel... The towels and blankets don't feel clean. It's nice because everything is new, but the additional parking fee for guests' vehicles is so, so, so expensive.

It's only been open for about a year, so it's very clean and the facilities are good. However, the smell from the carpet on the floor in front of the guest room is really bad, so if they could just improve that, it would be great.

It was so nice to go with my family. I liked the pool and breakfast. The floor was also very clean, so I wiped it with a wet tissue and there was not a single speck of dust.

I went to Double Tree Residence rather than Double Tree Hotel because it was a little cheaper, and I liked it because the route from the parking lot to the room was simpler than at the hotel. The only difference from a hotel is that there is a washing machine and kitchen in the room, so there is no sofa seat, but since the auxiliary facilities are commonly used anyway, there is not much difference in the rest.
