The gym is tiny, crowded and has limited equipment. The room is spacious and a water dispenser is provided, love that the toilet bowl seat is heated and has buttons to adjust as well as an in buikt bidet that has buttons for different functions of bidet. A speaker and a high tech alarm clock is also available. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, I had lost my wallet and went to a concierge staff for help, she helped contact the train station and found that my wallet has been collected, and helped tell them about my details so that I could retrieve my wallet. On the day of check out, she had even asked if we have already collected our wallet.

The location is super convenient, with direct access to the subway downstairs. The underground passage leads straight to Myeongdong Lotte Department Store. This is my second time staying here, and I really love it! The swimming pool and gym are a highlight; they're large and have professional equipment. I used them twice this trip, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Oh, and a big thank you to the front desk staff – they allowed me to check in early both times, which was a great experience.
