Service staff (Jayden Park) was very unfriendly and unhelpful , when we asked him to point out to us , the location of the bus stop which would lead us to the airport limousine bus (to Incheon airport). We were very lost as tourists and did not know Korean language at all, and the need to know the exact bus stop point (in order not to miss our flight) is of utmost importance . The counter staff Jayden Park also gave us a very unwelcoming and unfriendly look when we insisted for his help to show us the bus stop location (which he reluctantly did after our many attempts , which was a very stressful experience for me as a tourist), it made me feel insecure and an immense upset feeling , totally unexpected for a five star Pullman hotel standard. Please review your counter staff performance . Not recommended for tourists.

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

Excellent. The check-in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was abit expensive but quite good. The room was abit spacious, and clean. Location was about 6min slow walk away from DDP station. exit 12 lift. Location was walkable to Gwangjang market for food. Kudos to the cleanliness, location and amenities.

Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The hotel was clean and organized. The front desk was helpful and their were ladies that helped us to deliver our suitcases. I am not sure what their titles were but I just found that it was rather odd since most hotels in North America hired young men to do this. Kudos to the hotel for not type casting roles. The location was very good. The downstairs food court and restaurant was very tasty and clean. I would definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Korea again.

The location of the hotel is its main selling point. It is right where the action is. The employees are friendly, polite and very helpful. Service is premium. With the above, I would definitely recommend this place! My drawback is the breakfast offered. The choice and spread is very limited. It is better to go out and eat.

Service was inconsistent - sometimes the staff were really nice and friendly and other times they were plain rude and disrespectful to you. When I first entered my room the smell took me aback. It smelled like a mix of sweat and wet socks. The sheets were crumpled and weren’t super clean either. The bathtub had yellow stains which threw me off as I was looking forward to a midnight soak. Basic amenities were given, which was great. The housekeeping ladies were really sweet as well. It’s a 5 minute walking distance to the train station so location was not so bad. Sadly I don’t think I’d book again as it was not that worth for the price.

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The walk from seoul station is not that near. Quite a long walk with direct underpass but flat surface. Take note the underpass only 6am-11pm only. Room was huge for 1 pax, you can even open 2 big luggages on the floor. Had the first guest floor which is on 20th floor, which is quite high already. Room was clean and pillow was soft. Iron only 1 in laundry room.

Great location! Close to the metro and bus stop (about 3 minutes of slow walking to the metro and to the stop). 1 stop to Myeongdong. There is a cafe downstairs and shops nearby. There is a park across the road. The view from the window is excellent! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very warm, blankets too warm. We filmed and slept under duvet covers. The number fully corresponds to the photo. A little cramped when the sofa is unfolded. There is not enough cleaning in the rooms and change of linen or spare linen for changing yourself. If you have not previously encountered waste sorting, inconvenience also arises. The owner of the apartment quickly responds to all requests! Thank you for a comfortable stay! Overall we are happy with everything

Overall it was a nice stay. For the first two nights our room was very cold and the air conditioner would not let us manually adjust the temperature and we asked for a staff to come and fix the air conditioner, however he couldn't speak English and was not helpful for giving us a small heater while it was cold in Seoul for the period. The front desk staff saved the whole experience by offering another room since we couldn't stand the coldness (the new room was surprisingly more spacious!) and she could speak fluent English which gave us a great help! They did not have a stable supply of washroom amenities. Also, you will need to request from the Front Desk if you need mugs instead of paper cups in the rooms. The location of the Hotel is convenient since it's a 10-15min walk to the tourist spot of Myeong Dong and subway stations are just nearby within a 5min walk. There's also a convenient store at the Lobby if you don't want to leave the Hotel for quick snacks. Can consider staying again next time since it's also reachable by airport limousine!

Fit with big sink and microwave etc which was useful. Walkway in room abit small but the room is worth the price considering a hotel a street away costs more than double but is about the same in terms or amenities and size. Could do better with cleanliness, some parts of toilet not fully dusted. Pillows are horribly soft, tried asking for extra but said there wasn’t any. Overall worth the price and very convenient.

Hotel is superb as it is in the middle of 3 mrt stations. All are walkable distance, airport shuttle bus is right outside the hotel in front of another hotel which is PJ Hotel exit. Front staff answers to all your queries and have free shuttle bus to hotspots. Was worried at first based on reviews that says walls are thin, but overall good and will go back again. Amenities was 4/5 stars as the fridge is hidden in the cupboard which overheat quite a little.

But He was a call to like seems easily dominant girl and has ask to explain that she is doing is ok. He was taken away to make me apologize after that without his own apology. I apologized because it was a bad accident for her. But Its just his problem. He never apologized to her. Very creepy but I finally give up will checking room when I check out with him. So, he changed smile and said he want to follow the airport or Soul . Dominate again... He told every girls to do it, but I don't want it and too much the act. The gym is really large and is equipped with lots of machines; there is even a separate room for yoga and stretching. The hotel is located next to the City Hall subway and the Deoksugung Palace; there are many places to eat nearby. It’s a fine place to stay while you are in Seoul.

A good hostel in a convenient location, very close to the metro, shops like 7/11, restaurants. It’s about 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong area in a straight line. Inside is clean, there is a shared kitchen with a microwave and tea, a washing machine and a dryer, good Wi-Fi. The only thing we got was not a very good room, there was only a half of a non-opening window, but I saw that there are rooms with a normal window.

Chapter 2: The sky is open in July, the summer is open in July, the place is open to the public. It's good to go out and get back to the store. It's good to go back and forth. It's good to go back and forth. It's been a month, but I still felt like I needed to talk about it, so I posted it. I came back to Korea after 3 years, and decided to stay here with the intention of reserving a hotel near Chungmuro, where I used to live for a long time. But things turned out to be different than I expected, and there was no information desk like in a normal hotel, so even if the air conditioner wasn't turned on in the early morning, the staff would leave work. So I couldn't contact them. And more than anything, it was shocking to see a bee in the bed on the 14th floor. I felt down from the first day I came to Korea, and luckily I only stayed here for 2 nights and moved to another hotel.

Temporarily set this house for one night. The address is at No. 7 of Euljiro 3rd Street, Line 2. Come out, turn right and turn right. There is a police station and then a little bit forward. There is an alley on the left hand side. There seems to be another one on the second and third floors of this house. This house has a front desk and a young brother. The room is not big. The toilet is independent. The hair dryer. The small refrigerator. There is also a shortcoming. The box is left at the door and can’t be placed inside. You can only put it in the room. The position of the door is too narrow. The end of the bed is just enough to pass the wall. It’s not good for me to put things but the price is not much. The room has no windows with air conditioning
