I highy recommend this hotel as next to line 5 station, airport bus stop, 3 BIG shopping centres, 4 convenience stalls! Very good location with train lines as well as 24 hours eateries (like LA Bab) in the opposite street & nearby local market. The room slightly smaller but go with marriot management so can feel the 4/5 stars vibes! The train sounds are soft that i can sleep even we are staying low floors! The staffs are wonderful to help us call our driver and try to make our special request met. Very secure, clean and even a microwave at Level 3! I would love to go back again for my next trip. Duco, Sean & another of their colleague who can speal good english are wonderful to assist us but don't know how I can give them a compliment to Marriot!

Very handy location, close to both Dongdaemun station & DDP Plaza. Have great restaurants nearby, it has hyundai city outlet & duty free nearby as well. The breakfast was great too, offering various food but+ fruits! The water pressure was amazing really. Highly recommended!

The place is convenient easier to get halal food nearby. The room is spacious and very clean!..it's good Korea have specific places for smokers. There's room for smoking area in the lobby of your room floor. Nearby Myeondong street market walking distance and shopping district. Near to train station and Airport bus limousine.

The room is neat and clean, and the place is spacious. The fly in the ointment is that the TV remote control cannot be pressed too far away, and the receiving point can only be used in a very close place. In addition, the cold air blows directly on the top of the head, so it cannot be adjusted to a relatively downward position. There is a problem with the electric orange system, poor contact. There is only 1 large bath towel for towels, which is not convenient for 2 people. The location is close to the station entrance, and there are many restaurants downstairs, all of which are good, very good. The overall experience is good.

The room was slightly smelly the day i check-in, but there’s a quality air fresher spray for clothes and room, pretty nice. The trainee speaks fluent English, the service is excellent. Got CU convenience store and Starbucks on ground floor, pretty nice. But the location- to the closest subway (Hoehyeon), you have to cross underground, not really friendly for carrying luggage.

We enjoyed our stay here. Some pros: conveniently located near several subway stations and lines. Service was quite good with clean rooms, cleaned everyday. The self-check in and self-checkout was really great. There was a nice view from our room, overlooking Namsan and Seoul Tower. Cons: had some issues getting the electric outlets to allow electricity to flow and the water pressure from the shower was very light, making it hard to take a shower in a timely manner. Overall, not bad but there are better options around Dongdaemun for a similar price.

It's quite safe for a girl who lives alone. If the quality is good, you get what you pay for. For more than 300 yuan, you get better service. I don't expect too much. It's very clean. The service attitude is also very good. There is a hair dryer but no disposables. The disadvantage is that there is no bathroom separated from wet and dry, and there are no sockets at the bedside. The bed is not very comfortable. The bathing area is a bit difficult to operate. However, after one o'clock in the morning, an engineer uncle came to my door and kindly told me how to use it. For transportation, there are more buses than the subway. very convenient

For some reason many taxi don't know the hotel English name. Thus it's better to get the hotel card when taking taxi or use their Kakao Taxi app. Checking out was smooth and fast. The bellboy Mr. Ray Kim was very helpful when helping my colleague to pack then courier it off.

The location is very good, right beside the subway station. Hotel is clean, room was clean and cozy too. Don’t provide the toothbrushes and toothpaste though. There’s a vending machine on the first floor to buy it, but can’t use cash. Breakfast are quite poor, nothing western, but it’s okay.

One of the most amazing hotels that I’ve ever stayed! Very reasonable price very great location! Very nice room condition, it was very clean and comfortable. And in the bathroom, there’s a small area with mirror is very very convenient for girls to make up. I want to make a good comment on that. And I want to comment that every single staff that I encounter with was very professional, very helpful and fluent in English, I was surprised and happy! During my stay, I accidentally make the bed sheet dirty which I was very very sorry about that, but they didn’t charge me which I also surprised because with my previous stays, in other hotels, they usually will charge Even though the breakfast selections was not much, but the breakfast was really delicious and enjoyable. The condition of the restaurant was also very nice! And the first floor they have a coffee shop, which is really convenient for those who stay in hotel and the tourist! In their lobby they also have a small bar who can self service for the beverage. They have coffee and tea that was super nice and surprised for me! The surrounding area was also very convenient and close to the subway station. And also, they are very nice to foreigners,all the floors and all the signs with English and the guide for staying in the hotel are presented in four languages! For those who using wow pass here definitely is a good choice because in their lobby they have one machine which is super super convenient !! Definitely will recommend Roynet Hotel to everyone ! This is the first time I write such a long comment.I feel very welcomed and warm in here. And it is very likely for the next time I visiting Seoul again and I will staying here again!

Location was about 6min slow walk away from DDP station. exit 12 lift. Location was walkable to Gwangjang market for food. Kudos to the cleanliness, location and amenities.

Service staff (Jayden Park) was very unfriendly and unhelpful , when we asked him to point out to us , the location of the bus stop which would lead us to the airport limousine bus (to Incheon airport). We were very lost as tourists and did not know Korean language at all, and the need to know the exact bus stop point (in order not to miss our flight) is of utmost importance . The counter staff Jayden Park also gave us a very unwelcoming and unfriendly look when we insisted for his help to show us the bus stop location (which he reluctantly did after our many attempts , which was a very stressful experience for me as a tourist), it made me feel insecure and an immense upset feeling , totally unexpected for a five star Pullman hotel standard. Please review your counter staff performance . Not recommended for tourists.

Location 5 stars, access dongdaemun metrol stn from hotel B1 / LL. Many places to shop nearby. Clean and spacious room. Hotel is bless with many good staff that speak good english, attentive and helpful! Only complaint is I am given a room that face the wall of next building. The hotel is actually a bit old. I booked the cheapest room at the beginning. If you see that there is no large bathtub in the bedroom according to Ctrip, you probably shouldn’t choose it. The reasons are as follows: 1. Not in the main building, but in the spa building. 2. The floor is low and the light is not good. 3. You have to go to the main building for breakfast, although it is not far away. But the experience is not good. After staying for the first night, I changed the room the next day and said it was an upgrade. The upgrade fee given by the front desk was about RMB 3,000. Here I would like to praise Ctrip's online customer service, communicated directly to return the original room, and re-booked a better suite. After all, we are not short of these hundreds or thousands. The difference in experience is huge! Thank you customer service!

My first time at Le Méridien Seoul , new hotel , 6 months old , super clean , great rooms facilities , good buffet breakfast , maybe a bit under staffed during rush hours but staff were very nice . Superb lounge at the 15 floor with very friendly and helpful staff special thanks to Mrs Sharon Kim and Mrs Rachael Kim for there valued help for restaurants and tips for side seen and shopping , Will go back for sure next time I will in Seoul !

It's a good hotel on a budget. Has a very homely breakfast and water dispenser to fill up your bottles with ice and water. Also has robes to use as pyjamas. Very no frills. Don't expect service from the staff. We expected to be able to check in earlier when we reached if the room was available. We reached only about 15mins to our check in time but were told to wait at the lobby till 1600. I am not sure what the fixation is about for the check in time. If the room is available, then let the guest have it. First time we have experienced this in any country.

The hotel location is perfect and it is right infront of the lift exit 4 from DDP train station. It has airport bus stop right in front of the hotel to Incheon Airport. It may take 2 hours traveling time to airport because the bus will drop by many places around Seoul before heading to airport. The room is spacious and clean.
