The room is compact but comes with a mini-fridge. The bedding was clean, and there were no strange odors in the room.
Housekeeping is by request; you need to sign up for it in a special logbook the day before.
Complimentary water is available daily (you need to collect it yourself from the fridge near the front desk). Additionally, coffee-making facilities, an ice machine, and a microwave are provided, all free of charge.
The hotel is conveniently located for Seoul's main attractions, with three subway lines nearby. If you enjoy walking, you can reach Gyeongbokgung Palace, Myeongdong Street, the Namsan Cable Car (to Seoul Tower), and other places in just 30-40 minutes.
The hotel has two entrances: the main one is near Jongno 3-ga Station Exit 2 (Exit 1 is slightly further but has an escalator, which is handy if you have luggage), and a rear entrance leading to Supyo-ro, close to Tapgol Park. Walking through the park will bring you directly to Insadong Street.
Finding the entrance for the first time can be a bit tricky, so it's best to use Kakao or Naver maps. The front desk staff are very friendly.
The day before check-in, they sent an email with the gate password and other useful information.
There are many cafes near the hotel, as well as 24-hour convenience stores.
The journey from the hotel to Incheon Airport by subway and AREX All Stop train takes about 1.5 hours and costs only 4,450 won.
