What a disappointing stay!!! Booked the Superior Twin Room, the room is very small, the bath towels were so old even tattered at the ends, air con remote was not working and the WiFi connection so bad. Couldn’t even watch Netflix without paying a deposit of 100 dollars for a caster! Never again!!!!

Location is quite far away from station, but the room is big enough to open two suitcase. Also, the room is tidy. Only one thing that I want to complaint is the pillow is too soft to sleep with. Hope that hotel can provide two type of pillow for guests to choose. Staff in front desk is willing to give a help and polite.

The staff were so friendly and kind! If ever I had to choose to stay here again it would be because the staff are so kind and helpful. Whatever I needed they tried to help arrange for me. Unfortunately the position of the hotel is far out from everything and is outdated. I had condensation and dripping in my room and even though the room was definitely cleaned well everyday my shower door wouldn’t close and I had a cockroach in the bathroom.

On the first day of my stay, a cockroach appeared. I couldn't do anything about it myself, so I tried to call the front desk, but there was no one there because it was past 12 o'clock. The next day, I asked to change rooms and moved to the room next door. However, a cockroach appeared in that room too. I killed it with boiling water. It was very disgusting. It's not that close to the station and it doesn't look clean at all, so I'll never stay there again.

There is a delicious cold noodle restaurant nearby. The room is spacious and clean, and the air conditioning works well. However, I couldn't sleep because it was noisy and scary because someone was walking around the floor I stayed on at dawn, yelling and knocking on the door. The front desk was closed, so I stayed up all night shivering, but when I checked out, the front desk staff apologized on my behalf. They were kind.
