A homely accommodation provides everything you need for a home during your travel . Comfortable bed, heated floor , new and clean. Nearby have 7-11, C U and GS25, many delicious eateries nearby.
The best service provided , read and reply our email efficiently , solve our problems when we requested.
Our family of 4 enjoy staying here . Will definitely introduce to our friends and family to stay here when travel to Seoul.

Booked the family room and the apartment was very nice and cozy. It was really great and convenient that washing machine was available. Only flaw is probably the small room that is separated by the glass sliding door may get a little stuffy as there isn't much ventilation unless the door is not closed while you sleep.
Overall, it is a very nice apartment that has all the main necessities included!

This is a solid choice for a modern stay. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-designed. I was impressed by the range of amenities provided. Although I didn't use it, the gym is a great feature. The breakfast was adequate (had scrambled eggs, some bread and soup), but the comfort and quality of the accommodation are the real highlights. Would happily return.

It was an amazing stay at roium.
Location is not very touristy area but I can taxi around very easily.
The room itself very clean and feel like you are at home. All the amenities are nicely provided.
I will definitely stay again next time!!
And FYI there is a nice sandwich shop at first floor, they do have freshly made sandwiches and beverages. I had my morning coffee and toast every day at Joe’s.😍

It was exactly like the photo and so clean and the location was very comfortable and quiet. All needed amenities was available. Everything was so great probably visit again 🥰

Had the best experience staying there. The room was clean which is one of the most important aspects for me. The location and the district were so convenient even though it was my first time in Seoul. There are a lot of shops nearby and two metro stations which was very comfortable. Highly recommend, enjoyed every moment of the stay.
