Strong Cigarette Smell Everywhere, Dirty Hallway, Unsafe and Unlivable Conditions
This hotel was an extremely disappointing and unsafe experience.
Although I booked a non-smoking room, the entire floor—including the room and the hallway—was filled with a strong cigarette smell. The odor was so heavy that it seeped into the room even before I opened the door. The hallway was also messy and poorly maintained, which already raised concerns about the hotel’s hygiene standards.
I am allergic to nicotine, and within minutes of entering the room my skin became red and itchy, and I developed a headache. I immediately asked the hotel to cancel my booking and issue a refund, but the staff refused and insisted that I switch to another room instead.
I changed to the “smoke-free” room they provided, but the smell was still clearly present. I stayed only around 2–3 hours in total—mostly trying to contact customer service and urgently look for a new hotel—yet my symptoms continued to worsen.
Despite the obvious health risk and the poor condition of the hotel environment, they still refused to refund me.
This hotel does not meet basic hygiene, safety, or non-smoking standards, and the lack of responsibility from the staff is unacceptable.
If you care about clean air, health, or a safe environment, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
