Great locations and many good restaurants nearby. However, the bathroom had some hairs on the floor and the toilet seat was wet when I checked in. The mirror and the wall were dirty. Also, the street noise was quite loud (I was on the second floor).

청결을 정말 중요하게 생각하는데 들어가자마자 화장실,침대 모두 깨끗했고 발코니가 있어서 탁 트인 느낌이라 더 넓어보이고 좋았어요~길 건너에 투썸, 스타벅스, 다이소도 있고 인프라도 좋았고 무엇보다 제가 간 출장지와 걸어서 6분거리에 있어서 최고의 숙소였어요!!

문정역 앞이어서 위치와 접근성이 좋고 객실이 깨끗하고 머무를 동안 객실 내 온도가 적당해서 편하게 잘 있었어요 조명도 좋고 테라스도 있고 앞건물과 거리감도 있어서 답답하지 않은 테라스 뷰가 있어요 친절한 응대와 서비스도 좋아요 다음에 재이용 의사 있어요

체크인 서비스도 별로였지만, 일단 복층방이 지하인데, 커튼에 가려져있어서 몰랐는데 우연히 들춰봤다가 큰 창문(이라기엔 거의 출입문)이 열려있는걸 확인했습니다. 사람이 드나들 수 있는 문이었고 너무 놀라서 잠궈놓고도 계속 불안해서 불켜고 잤습니다. 문 열어놓으셨으면 잠굴 수라도 있게 커텐이라도 열어두시든지. 확인을 안하신건지 의도가 뭔지 너무 불쾌했습니다.
