The front desk staff was very polite and even upgraded our room type, which made our stay very comfortable. The room, although not large, was well-equipped. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both bus and metro stations, less than a 5-minute walk away.

Honestly, it was much better than I expected, incredible value for money. I really didn't anticipate this kind of environment or quality. The attitude and service quality were also very satisfying. It's much better value than where I stayed for the previous five days. The hygiene is excellent; I didn't check the opening date, but the furnishings and items feel very new. Plus, they've thought of everything you might need. The heating is also fantastic; it was warm as soon as I entered the room, even before I put the key card in. The bed is super comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time. The surrounding facilities are also very comprehensive and it's not noisy. All in all, as a solo traveler, I had a very comfortable stay. The subway is also very close, just a few hundred meters, so it's not tiring even with luggage. 👍
