HOMES Red Myeongdong

It’s 2nd time here in this hotel 1st time was very good room with high floor with bathtub this time i stay total 4nights. I reached hotel at 5 am morning. Check in with machine I got the room at low floor with road side no bathtub. A/C and Heater show open but it’s doesn’t work. There is too hot in bed room and too cold in bath room I open the window to get some air but too noisy cause the room is road side, but If i closed the windows it no air also. The next day, I was asking reception she said only heater setting now and she set the Fan to my room. The last night stay. The AC are open for all the rooms cause weather getting hot. But My room AC still doesn’t work, engineering has try to fix around 30minutes, AC working and after he left AC turn to heater. I was so tried cannot sleep properly. The hotel is convenience with Airport bus, bus, trains and can walk to Myeongdong around 5-10 minutes.

The hotel is in a good location, near Chungmuro MRT station, just one stop from Myeongdong. There’s also a bus stop nearby, plus GS25, Emart, and a 24-hour restaurant. The hotel has laundry and kitchen facilities. Overall, the place is clean enough, but the soundproofing isn’t great — you can hear people walking along the corridor and doors closing.

The location was exemplary, near stations and bus stops, airport limousin bus stop just across the building, the main myeongdong busy tourist street is walking distance, with many kombini around the area, 2nd floor has an honesty system little common kithcen for everyone to use. the best part is the rooftop and dining area with unobstructed view of the N seoul tower. shout out to SHIMA during breakfast, thank you for your beautiful soul and energy every morning! such great person to welcome you in the morning! will recommend and will stay again!!!

The location is superb, just 3 mins walk away from Chungmuro station and walkable to Myeongdong area. Also, the airport limo bus (6001 and 6015) just stops opposite the hotel👍🏼 Housekeeping was done daily which was great! Other than no provision of disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, all other amenities (e.g., bottled water and fresh towels) are provided! There are also washing machines and dryers (paid using credit cards) available at B1 and a water dispenser at the lvl 2 shared kitchen! Will stay here again if we are coming back to Seoul!

Limited food selection. But, the location is great.
