UH FLAT SIGNATURE GANGNAM

Great location, convenient access to restaurants and Gangnam station. New and tidy!

Great location in Gangnam, newly renovated, relatively clean, and good value. The loft style bed is cool and fun for friends going on trips together. It's a relatively new location so the lobby was not renovated when we were there - and it's more of a managed AirBnb style property rather than a hotel where they will ask you everyday when you'd like your room cleaned. Checkout process was easy, and there is a convenience store right across which is great. There are no gym or other facilities really, just the check in counter and room, but it's quite perfect for a group of friends especially when there is a couch, TV, cooking sink and kitchen for everyone to hang out. The bathroom is a wet bathroom though, so it does mean when you shower, no one can use the toilet, and you'll get everything wet. They provide slippers for you which is great, but for people that don't like that - beware!

Nice room, new, clean and good for pleasure trip , walking distance to Gangnam shopping , convenience store just across of the building

I need to get the refund, the photo is not same as images showed and the towel is always stinky although I have told the front desk for several times, and even the front desk is temp, which has cause a lot of safety concern.

Was travelling w a couple of young kids. The lower level room we stayed in has a small balcony but since it’s low level and facing the next building, so literally no naturally light at all. Also there were renovations ongoing when we checked in, and that didn’t complete till 4:30 or so, it was good that the building manager promised there won’t be any further noises again .
