ALL STAY Myeongdong

Pleasant stay overall, and we managed to get an early check-in though it came with an extra charge. Location-wise, it was convenient as the hotel is within walking distance to the train station and bus stops. You can also take the airport bus and alight nearby, which made travelling around quite easy. One thing to note is that guests are required to sort trash separately into food waste and recyclables/plastics, which can be a little difficult if you’re not used to doing it regularly. The toilet was quite small, but it did come with a bathtub which was nice. The TV could not be turned on during our stay. I contacted the hotel through Trip.com messaging, but they only replied the next morning. Response times seemed to take around 4 hours, so it may be inconvenient if you need urgent assistance. The hotel also mentioned that guests should wash any pots, pans, or dishes after use, but no sponge was provided, so that was a bit confusing.

At first I was very reluctant to continue my booking here due to mixed reviews but it still met my expectations ☺️ Everything we needed was there, altho you need to tidy up since its more of an Airbnb than a hotel Pros: - Own washing machine, free laundry detergent! - Accommodated the request of namsan view - Pretty decent price - Towels and all basic toiletries are provided (Bring your own toothbrush) - Netflix, youtube and wifi - The Ahjumma that cleans the room is really good, very spotless - Luggage storage was convenient - Allows early check in and check out Cons: - Need to take your own trash and segregade - Hotel staff need to coordinate more, you need to message or call them to check if everything is ready or correct Overall it was still worth it for me, kinda long walk from myeongdong since its in the middle of it and ddp but atleast its more peaceful.
