If I ever return to Seoul, I will definitely book a stay here again for the following reasons: 1. Reasonable price in the bustling Seongsu area, within just a 10-15 minute walk to Super Junior Donghae's building. 2. Convenient location, only about a 6-7 minute walk to Seongsu Station. 3. The room I stayed in was a 20m² Deluxe, which was quite spacious for two people. The bathroom was also large, and the facilities were clean and completely odorless. It featured a huge TV pre-connected with a YouTube Premium account, a large vanity with a desktop mirror, an iron, and plenty of towels and toiletries neatly packed in a zip-lock bag. I truly look forward to coming back here someday, and I hope the prices will remain just as reasonable!

The location in Seongsu is convenient for getting around the city, but it's very inconvenient for traveling to and from Incheon Airport. The subway requires transfers and takes a long time, and the airport bus stop is not nearby, it's quite far away. The room itself is generally good, but the lack of separate trash bins for recycling is a bit inconvenient.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spotless too. Everything is self-service, so no worries about communication. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but otherwise, everything was great. I recommend it! Plus, the price is really good and it's close to the subway. Just a heads up, the subway ride from the airport takes a long time!

Stayed for two nights and was inconvenienced by the lack of housekeeping, especially needing fresh towels and amenities. There were no slippers in the room which was also inconvenient. Since there's no elevator and our room was on the third floor, carrying luggage up and down was a hassle. The bathroom also flooded up to the toilet area.
