The hotels location is excellent and one of its biggest advantages. It is conveniently located near both a bus and subway station. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and food options, and there is also a convenient store nearby where we regularly buy our coffee and bread or egg for breakfast. While we appreciated having a luggage storage option, what we did not expect was that there is no reception desk available. We were required to access a storage room ourselves, but we had not been provided with the passcode. It would have been much more helpful if the instructions for contacting the property management had been posted on the lower ground floor rather than on the second floor, as this caused some confusion upon arrival. The property could also improve the guest experience by sending detailed instructions for luggage storage at least a day before check-in. This would have helped us know exactly where to go and how to accessthe storage room upon arrival. Another important point to note is that the property does not have an elevator. Guests assigned to the upper floors, particularly the fourth floor, should be prepared to carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. In addition, international travelers should be aware that South Korea uses round-pin electrical outlets, so it is advisable to bring the appropriate adapter if needed.

Centrally located, easy check-in. My second stay and again the room was not really clean with stuff left from previous guests under the bed. How difficult can it be to clean properly a 2m x 4m room?
