Hotel Tradiup by the Designers

I am beyond satisfied, it completely exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, very new, and the hotel itself had a great artistic vibe. Even though there's a street food market right outside, you can't hear any noise from the room at all! On the first floor, there are two restaurants and an ice cream shop – a shame I never got to try the ice cream! The best part, though, is how convenient the transportation is! The 6002 airport bus goes directly there, and it's a major subway interchange. Many places are within walking distance! If you don't feel like having breakfast, no problem, just turn the corner and you're in the famous Ikseon-dong Hanok Village!

Location: Conveniently located! I took the 6011 airport bus to Anguk Station, and it was just a 10-minute walk from there. There are also bus stops nearby with routes to places like Hongdae and Myeongdong, and it's close to Ikseon-dong, Insadong, and Anguk. The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, and bakeries (e.g., Artist Bakery, Standard Bread, London Bagel Museum). Even if airport bus services end for the night, you can still take the subway to Incheon Airport as it's very close to the subway station. There are also 'Daejanggan' (street food stalls) nearby, offering a taste of local culture. You can top up your Wowpass at a nearby hotel, and there are several convenience stores in the vicinity. Service: Even though I arrived at 9:00 AM, I was able to check in and get my room immediately. Initially, I was assigned the room shown in picture 2 (in Building B). However, I wanted the luggage space shown in picture 8 and more hanging space for clothes, so I inquired with the staff and successfully switched to the room in pictures 5-7 (Building A). Besides bottled water in the room, you can also get more from B1. Cons: Building A requires climbing stairs, and the bathroom was smaller than in the initial room. There was some dust on the bed and table (e.g., picture 9), and the bathroom lighting was a bit dim.

Overall, it's clean and quiet. The location is also excellent, very close to the station. Breakfast is provided for free, making the overall price feel really great value for money. I'm very satisfied with this hotel, with no major drawbacks, so I'd highly consider staying again. (However, I hope the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom can be improved...it's hard to get the paper out.)

The location is excellent! The room is small, but cozy and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is provided. The only minor point is that the trash cans are a bit small. The breakfasts are delicious! 👍 The staff are very responsive! 🙌 You can do laundry in the basement (all the detergents are provided). I highly recommend trying the cookies and ice cream on the first floor – they are absolutely delicious!

This is a great hotel! Even though it's tucked away in a small alley, it wasn't hard to find. The room had underfloor heating which was nice and didn't feel stuffy. The TV was large and high-definition, and I could even watch Netflix. The bed was really comfortable and soft. The bathroom was a bit small, but for the price, I really can't complain. It's located right by Jongno 3-ga and the Hanok Village, with tons of restaurants and cafes downstairs. I've already decided this will be my go-to hotel every time I visit!
