STAY OHANA

The location is quite convenient, with lots of great food downstairs. It's a 10-minute walk to Insadong, and Jonggak Station Exit 9 is the closest, making it easy to get anywhere. A special shout-out: I forgot my card when I went to the restroom, and after I messaged the staff on WhatsApp, I got a reply within a minute. A machine automatically issued me a new card. I really appreciate the staff's high efficiency!

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip. The location is super convenient, close to Jonggak subway station and right by a bus stop. I could also walk to Myeongdong easily. The room was very clean, and the shower drainage was excellent – it was always dry and pleasant to use. Although you can't flush toilet paper, the toilet was kept very clean. The fridge at the front desk on the 3rd floor was handy, and the amenities were always available and easy to access. Having a hairdryer and iron freely available was incredibly convenient, too! There are so many other great things I could mention. But above all, every single person at the front desk was so kind and friendly; their warm personalities really shone through! They even called a taxi for me and helped carry my heavy luggage down to the first floor. This is definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again.

This has to be the most spacious and comfortable hostel I've ever stayed in! The rooms and showers are separate, so you can wash and dry your hair no matter how late you get back. The entire hotel smells great and is very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly! There's also a simple breakfast to tide you over, which is a great bonus! The location is also impeccable 💗 I'll definitely be back!

The location was great, as it's accessible from two different stations! There were also common stores like Olive Young, Daiso, and a convenience store nearby. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. You need a card key to enter the room, but I found it a bit concerning that you don't need a card key to enter the women-only floor, meaning you don't need a key for areas outside the room (like the shower rooms and toilets). The lounge areas were easy to use, and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful, making it a comfortable place to stay!

The accommodation is very conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The capsule itself is spacious, which is nice, but it's not soundproof. Unfortunately, other guests were quite noisy and didn't seem to respect the hotel's rules. It would be much better if there were more soundproof curtains.

The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and bus stops. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, which made the area a bit lively, but I never had trouble finding a place to eat. I could even walk to the nighttime library at Cheonggyecheon Stream. The facilities were new and clean, though I did notice some trash accumulating and the toilet paper ran out, which was a bit of a concern. As I was traveling with a low-cost carrier and no checked luggage, I really appreciated having shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener provided. My main concern was the security. You didn't need a card key to use the elevator or to enter the floor, meaning anyone could go straight up to the women's floor from outside, which felt a bit unsafe. The staff weren't Korean. While some were very kind, there were others whose attitudes made me wonder. Overall, the location and cleanliness of the facilities were good!

I booked this hotel because of a flight delay! The price was great, it was clean, and I have no complaints. It was also a nice touch that I could freely help myself to tea, water, and coffee!

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in South Korea, and the location was truly excellent. It's close to Line 1 and 2, and Seoul Station is very convenient for getting to the airport. Myeongdong is also within walking distance. With Line 2, places like Hongdae, Seongsu, Gangnam, and Jamsil are all easily accessible. The front desk staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early. All the facilities were exactly as shown in the official photos and very new (I only managed to snap one picture when checking out, haha). Overall, the quality was really good. If I had to pick one thing, it's that the air conditioning was a bit too cold! 😂 If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here again!

This was my first time staying in a capsule-style hotel, but I opted for the premium option, which was really convenient as it included a small desk, a mirror, and space for my luggage. There was also room under the bed for my carry-on. Additionally, there were individual lockers available. Perhaps because everyone respected the rules, the place was generally clean and quiet at night during my two-day stay, making it very comfortable. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants, so finding a place to eat is no problem. It's also conveniently located within walking distance to Myeongdong. Just remember to bring your own pajamas, as they are not provided.
