Constello Myeongdong

Its perfect staycation for a family of 5. Only 2min walk from train station With a small common kitchen and 2 small room. Very clean and awesome service from hotel.

We booked for 6 nights here although there was only 1 review at that time, so it was truly a leap of faith. The hotel seems fairly new, as they were just putting in new carpets at the lift and lobby on our 3rd night. Housekeeping is only upon request, though the staff were very helpful when we needed more supplies and a change of towels. There's a restaurant on the ground floor and also on the 9th floor, although we didn't get a chance to try them as we were mostly out. We found it really helpful to have a washing machine in our room, and we could request for laundry capsules as well. The only downside was having to use the dryer at the basement, and the laundry rack was really flimsy and bent out of shape with the poles falling off. Communications with the hotel was very good and they were able to assist me pre-stay, during and also upon check out. It was a great stay nonetheless. The location is fantastic, walking distance to Hoehyeon station, and where you can find Namdaemun Market/ soup alley/ Jumbo dumplings, wholesale accessories shops, convenience stores etc. Our favourite was the corner fruit stall where we got very fresh fruits daily.
