Reviews of Hotel Tirol

This is the second times stay at the hotel. A lot gejang (raw marinated crab )restaurant nearby and they are local market & Emart everyday nearby which you could everything you need.

Good service and clean room with very close to Sinsa station, I ve been here twice and if I come to Seoul, I will book this hotel again.

No local restaurant except those BBQ port nearby. Should include the other name. The nearby subway entrance had only Steps inconvenient for traveller with luggage. Reception counter is not over look the entrance, no security, anybody can enter without be notice.reception was not helpful.

Not that well located need to walk a lot from the metro, not too convenient

The reception have no manner and rude. I don’t know what to say. They only just want to play phone and ignore me.  They are just ignoring the customer and not doing anything

The room was very loud and it was hard to sleep. The location was great.

Room clean good for rest but mattress littlebit hard

This hotel always is great, especially if you're planning on going to Gangnam clinics. The area is rather quiet but still full of life, restaurants, convenience stores and clinics. The subway station is really close as well. If you're planning on going to concerts in Seoul, going back to the hotel from most venues also is really easy. The receptionists are kind and look after your luggage. The room is spacious and really has anything you'd need! However you might hear noise from the hallways when people are getting to their rooms.

The hotel is in a very good location, but that’s the best thing going for it. Our first room and hallway reeked of cigarettes, even though it is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The bedding was stained and there were large amounts of hair inside the duvet covers. Our new room was smoke free but we were refused an extra pillow and an extra room key. The furnishings are on the old side and pictures on the website do not accurately reflect how the rooms currently are. The staff were polite and helped with some queries, but we will not stay there again.

We came here to be close to the hospital, this was a decent hotel very clean, but the heated floors made our room way too hot, I hated that I couldn't control the heat. But the place is decent for the price.

Reasonable price, good size rooms. Bathroom is huge with bathtub, a plus feature needed after lots of walking in Seoul. Location is great, about 15mins walk to the Hangang Park by the river. Can walk to the Banbo Bridge, a nice slow walk mostly flat path, about 30 mins.

Just affordable hotel but the cleaness is very good. Location is near subway station so that I commute any place in Seoul easily. Other facilities would not been expected that much, but considering its fee, this hotel can be great choice for short stay with couple or solo.

I don't think the pictures match how the rooms/hotel actually looks like. Everything looks relatively old, however clean. The location is excellent in my opinion, easy to get around from. A ton of restaurants and stores nearby. The room and especially the bathroom were big and therefore really nice! Only thing I wish was different was the stuff in the room. There are paper cups and coffee sticks but no spoons or such to stir the drink.

Good location, clean bathroom and bedroom, recommended to stay again.
