Four Points by Sheraton Seoul, Gangnam

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from both Apgujeong Station and Sinsa Station. The penthouse is a suite with a living room and a garment care system. The room size is still quite small, but it comes with a rooftop terrace featuring a hot tub, which is great for good weather. However, the building's glass facade facing the street offers poor noise insulation, making it very loud at night and affecting sleep.

The service was good, and the room itself was fine. The only issue is that due to its location, there was a bit of traffic noise at night.

The room was okay, just a bit small. Hotel facilities were pretty average. The breakfast selection was always the same. The dinner buffet was 350 RMB per person, and it was the same food every day for several days. What's more, nobody at the front desk or even in the entire hotel spoke Chinese, which made it quite unfriendly for Chinese travelers. I hope they improve this. There's a food street within walking distance, so the location is decent. For getting around, you can ask the hotel to help you call a car, and they can accommodate 4-7-9 people if you let them know in advance.

The hotel location is quite convenient. To the east, there's Apgujeong, to the west, Sinsa-dong, and to the south, Hyundai Department Store. Plus, it's surrounded by aesthetic clinics. The location is excellent!!!!

The room was on a lower floor facing the street and it was incredibly noisy, very noisy! The sound of cars zooming by was so real, it felt like sleeping directly on the street. We booked for three nights and asked to change rooms after the first night. The hotel refused, citing full occupancy for that night and the following two nights. It wasn't until we contacted Trip.com to request a cancellation for the remaining nights that the hotel finally agreed to change our room. The service was absolutely terrible! On a positive note, my bracelet that I lost at the hotel was found when we checked out, so I'm thankful for that!

The room was great, but the price is definitely inflated, and the service doesn't really match up. There aren't any free laundry facilities, and even the coin-operated ones are quite old.

The location in Gangnam is quite convenient, and it offers good value for money. There's a bus stop right outside for the airport, but it's a bit of a gamble. On my last day, I planned to take the bus to the airport, but it was full when it arrived, so I had to take a taxi. The room was a bit small, but the window faced the street, offering a nice view.
