Service personnel was nice and friendly even though there were a couple of them with language barrier, but still tried their best to understand our queries/needs. Room layout and configuration was abit odd and had slight difficulty to optimize use of space especially with 2 huge luggages with us. Room was also quite dim and lighting was not sufficient. Best experience with the high-tech automated heating and equip with bidet toilet bowl (perfect for the winter season)! Location was great, easily accessible to subway, eateries, beauty shops and 12-level high Daiso around Myeongdong area which was mostly within walking distance. Able to see Namsan Tower from L8 rooftop.

The hotel is quite new and the room is well cleaned, the location is great.
The only bad thing is the hair dryer is too weak.

The location was fantastic, right across the road from Myeondong’s shopping street and right by the subway. The room itself was pretty average and was at least clean. No ammenities such as toothbrushes, razors, ect were available. The staff were super friendly and could speak English.

This hotel is lovely, with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The location is perfect, as it is close to the Myeongdong shopping district. Situated on the other side, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while still only a few minutes away from the area. I regret not booking my stay here earlier, as it was incredibly relaxing and comfortable.
The spacious and well-appointed room we received was equipped with everything you might need, including a phone charger, which is always a plus. The staff was extremely welcoming and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.
