    Perfect

    Second stay in the same week after returning to Seoul from Daegu. Picked an upgraded room to see the difference and there is definitely more space in the bedroom area, as well as the bathroom (this one comes with a tub). As a business traveller, this room is a lot more comfortable as there is a large workspace.

    Very good! It is very convenient as you can simply walk to the hotel straight from Seoul Station. The location is excellent 👍. Service is very good as well and the staff are very accommodating. When I checked in early, the staff at the front desk helped us keep our luggage, and they were very patient with us. Furthermore the staffs' English was quite good, which made communicating all the more easier. The cleanliness is quite good, but the only thing that was slightly disappointing is that the bathtub is not really deep enough. Besides that, almost everything is great. I did not give five stars for the amenities as the shampoo and body wash were not refilled. However, the cleaners changed all our towels daily, which I find quite good. I would also like to say that the cleaners are very nice as they went out of their way to help put our water in the fridge, and they also made sure our room was spotless. Really great of them to do that, and they even gave us a little gift! And one thing I love the most is when I put my request as "a high floor with a good view", they definitely saw to it that my request was fulfilled. All in all the hotel is good and I would definitely come again.😁

    We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Location is great! Airport limousine stops just outside the hotel! KTX station to Busan and metro stations are only 10-15 mins walk away via the subway link!
