Hotel Gracery Seoul

The room is not large, but the hygiene conditions are excellent and it is cleaned thoroughly. The hotel's location is convenient, as it is within walking distance to Myeongdong and Gyeongbokgung Palace.

Used to stay at this hotel a while back, they’ve made some renovations however the overall has gotten worse. The room and AC has a musty smell that takes a loonnng time to get rid of or maybe it was just the room I was assigned, bathroom floor wasn’t clean when I entered but I’m tired and don’t want to deal with language misunderstandings and drama so I just cleaned it myself before I took a shower, the previous guest’s cotton bud WITH BLOOD on it was left on the floor, also someone else’s hair was on the bed (different colour to mine and I was alone). They also spray this super cheap yet strong fragrance in the hallways that kind of just gives you a headache. Anyways, hotel grocery used to be great but I guess I won’t be staying here again. Pros: the lunch buffet was great! Also, stop telling ur guests to sign up for a membership if they want to check in 1 hr early when you can’t even check your rooms and assign a clean room properly. The reason I didn’t bother changing rooms is because I was only staying for 3 nights and you don’t know how hard it is to drag two luggages across their carpet floor and they don’t help you with luggages anyways so as a solo traveller I did not want to drag suitcases across the heavy ass carpet up and down again when I’m already tired.

Very nice hotel. Near to seoul station and other attractions. My family and i love the hotel very much. Will come and stay again next time. The hotel is very clean and tidy
