Nine Star Hotel

If you're a young woman traveling alone, I absolutely do not recommend this place. For a price of over 600, the hygiene conditions are worrying, and the safety issues are even more severe. When I arrived, the front desk told me there were no more available rooms and asked if it was okay to put me in a room without a key card... then told me not to leave any valuables in the room and to report to them if I went out... I asked how I could possibly accept that. Who would guarantee my personal safety? I then pointed out that I had booked this room a long time ago, and now that I've arrived, you're telling me there are no rooms? Eventually, they probably saw that I was being firm and wouldn't be easily dealt with, so they gave me a room with a key card. At that moment, I wanted to say, 'So there *was* a room, why did you just say there wasn't?' But adhering to the principle of avoiding trouble, I went to the room. And then the real shock came when I got to the room. For a 600+ room, the bedsheets had stains, and the bathroom and toilet were major disaster areas. It felt just like a cheap hotel back home that costs a little over a hundred... I thought, 'Fine, it's just one night, I'll just make do...' But then something even more terrifying happened. Around 4 AM, someone tried to open my room door. When I travel alone, I always have a habit of putting a cup on the doorknob. The moment the cup fell to the floor, I woke up. No exaggeration, my heart rate must have hit 180. The person outside the door was probably scared by the sound of the cup falling, so there were no further actions. It was truly terrifying... Avoid this place at all costs!

The hotel is filthy, everything in the room is broken, very noisy, unhygienic, and poorly organized at check-in. I was disgusted to sleep in the room. I would never recommend it. Cockroaches, hair, food scraps, etc.... Nothing works in the room. The TV is broken, the bathtub is broken, all the light bulbs are broken, the switches are broken.....

Female, traveling alone I always stay at motels because I smoke. I read the reviews and prepared myself, but I can tolerate most of it. But there was a guy at the front desk who looked to be in his 80s, and behind him was a crumpled cot, and it looked like the place hadn't been cleaned or organized. Well, I took that as a charm, and when I asked to check in, he said he hadn't taken my money. Even though I paid by card, the room I was booked for was a deluxe room, and there was no way it could be that price! After 30 minutes of using the translator, I explained that I was tired and wanted to go to bed early, and he reluctantly gave me the room key, and when I entered the room, it was as if it hadn't been used for years, the furniture and bathroom were in ruins, and the TV didn't work, and it fit the image of a "******* house" that the reviews had said. I was planning to check out before noon, but I checked out at 7:30. I've stayed at a lot of motels, but this was my first experience.

The room is too old! It leaks and the walls are moldy.

Check-in was close to midnight so I wasn't expecting much in terms of service and just went with the normal standard, but I was a little uneasy about the way the person at the front desk checked me in, but considering the location and price it was probably reasonable. The bathroom and floors didn't seem to have been cleaned overall, with hair and other trash from previous guests still lying around, and there were unusable outlets and remnants of some kind left in the refrigerator, so I gave it a low rating.
