When I arrived at the hotel, the staff gave me a personal hygiene kit, but when I open the kit one of the lotion pack was opened and used half. I complained to the staff and they were helpful to help me replace one with apologies. The hair dryer in the room was not working. The hot water supply was not stable as well which it takes one to two minutes to warm up. The design of the bath tub was also one of the worst I’ve seen, when you’re bathing it was inevitable for you to make your bathroom all wet. The bed sheets were not clean which I could see stains on it. Overall I would not recommend my friends to come if it’s over $120 a night, except they’re really only paying the price for an accessible location but no more than that.

Nice location, clean, and great place for conversation at 2nd floor. Only disaapointment is that the noise from next room can be heared.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the concert venue. I was worried because it said that only Korean and English were available, but I was relieved to find that the front desk staff spoke Japanese. It was convenient, and since it was a rainy day, it was easy and comfortable to get around. There were some areas of wear and tear in the room, but it wasn't a concern and I was comfortable. I would like to stay here again. Thank you. The view from the room was also nice. See photos

This was my second stay and even though it was a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Location: Take Metro Line 9 from Exit 14, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. It is also very close to Jamsil Indoor Complex. It takes up to 10 minutes to walk there. There is also airbus 6006 near the hotel. There are many places to eat nearby, including traditional Korean and Japanese food, convenience stores, many 24-hour restaurants, and many office workers gathering for dinner in the evening. The hotel is not very clean but not dirty either. It can be a bit noisy at night. There seems to be a KTV nearby with people singing and playing music until late at night. The hotel is not big but not that small either. 2 people should be able to open 26 boxes. The hotel itself was very quiet during the two nights I stayed there. There was no sound from upstairs or downstairs, but the hot water was hot and cold. When I opened the window in my room, I could see Seoul Tower, and I was lucky enough to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks.
