A bit far from train station needs a bit of renovation and cleaning. Using of washing machine is not free 5,000won per use (it’s my first time to exp that usually it’s free with other hotel/hostel) been traveling to korea couple of times so I know.

I was happy to see my name printed on the guesthouse notice.
It was quiet at night.
The shower room was a little unclean...
It was conveniently located between Hongdae Station and Shinchon Station, but the slope is steep so it may be tiring for people with large luggage.
The bed and room were clean.

A guest house near Hongdae. I think it's good for people who go sightseeing outside and just want to sleep at night. It may not be suitable for people who want to spend a relaxing time at an inn. I was able to easily get into my room with self check-in. All instructions are written in English, so even those who don't understand Hangul are fine. The staff also speaks English.

Other than the steep slope to get there and the narrow path from the reception to the room, the location and price are perfect.
There are two bathrooms, one for men and one for men. There is a 24-hour jjimjilbang nearby, which is convenient.

The room is very small and can only accommodate two people. The bathroom is shared, but at this price, it is not impossible to stay temporarily. You can only check in at 3pm. The service is pretty good and the staff's attitude is OK.
